    Checking up on this, one player is Hooligan  (the gut who applied) and another is HOOLIGAN, the console recognizes both as the same name despite the capital letters.  The (1)Hooligan is the one in all capitals btw. For staff that haven't made a response keep this in mind.

    Yeah that evidence was pretty gnarly (in a bad way). I think you should continue to be on good behaviour for the next little bit, and reapply once you think you made a much better impression. Moreover, there are tons of spelling and grammatical errors in your app (unnecessary capitals, misuse of proper nouns [apostrophes]). Add more detail and effort to your application.

    Uhhhhh yeah I saw some of the footage from last night and yikes. I would have definitely +1 along with so many others on the staff team since you’re quite the regular. It’s a shame since this application is a major improvement since the last application was quite sour. If everyone involved let bygones be bygones in another few weeks, I wouldn’t mind you reapplying, since to me this seems like a one time thing.

    There seems to be a huge discussion whether or not this could actually be considered TRDM as the kill is considered to be based off of suspicion. Using a frame of the death scene, I tried to recreate whether or no the shot was in Shuichi's POV.

    And a more skewed POV if he was looking straight and stepped forward a little bit, which is evident by the death scene frame. 

     

    It is certain that Shuichi saw Plague (EthoWulf) shoot him in this scenario. Even looking straight, the corner of the cliffside is still visible, even more so if there is a player model. If I were to handle the report in game, I would not classify this as a TRDM. 

     

    That is all. Hopefully this is of some help.

     

    EDIT: I noticed this going through the video. Calling Shuichi a dumbass does not paint yourself in a good light at all my friend.

    Claiming Printers and Deployable Keypad Cracker Buff (and Cameras)

    Not so much a +1/-1 but more of a hypothetical. If someone steals my printer, claims it, but I steal it back, will my printer still explode? If there is a non-exploitable way for the owner of the printer to reclaim it as their own that would be a great addition.

     

    Now for an actual +1/-1. Total +1. DarkRP meta is too strong, and in a way, stale. Any way to crack into a base and whoop a level 95 with 85 gorillian dollars  without being cooked by a DLore is great.

    Everything listed here is great. The alarm is fantastic, I always wanna leave the base so I can actually do something other than look at a red money dispenser for hours on end in fear of someone raiding. Also a fan of anything that helps new players.

    Ban Appeal

    It's literally the first rule you see when you join the server. The links had nothing to do with Garnet Gaming as a whole, but rather attacking "certain" players (particularly staff). The fact that the other individual involved had restraint to not post another link upon Ethan's request just makes your case look all the more worse. The ban will stay.

    1) This was tough to read. There’s probably something I’m missing here. 
     

    2) Anything payment related is probably not being adjusted unless Garnet feels it should be. 
     

    3) If what I read is correct, this sounds super exploitable. For instance I could buy an HK for a custom class, and then add a DLore for 5 credits instead of 28. Great deal for us, but not for the server as a whole.

    Alright let us settle this once and for all. For those without context, this shitshow spiraled out of control last night in #general.  Connor's "opinion" was not so much of an opinion as it was a complaint. The complaint was that I TRDM'd, coincidentally, two rounds in a row. Both were taken by Skullking and I received punishment for one out of the two. 

     

    This shouldn't have caused as much as a commotion, but you decided to come across as extremely condescending when bringing up something that:
    1) Was quite petty, I get TRDM'd at least one every time I staff the server, it's not something to get that upset about.

    2) Could have easily been taken to DM's or the forums. Why so many people were involved in one round an hour or so beforehand is beyond me. 

    For reference this is what started this whole fiasco:

    This is not even close to an opinion. This is some sort of hate-fueled vendetta or grudge towards Ethan. What boggles my mind is that you completely trash him for giving an ACTUAL OPINION on a given situation, which he rightfully can because he is staff. Given context of what's happening, is that Migsaruki (f.k.a Tokyo) was sticking up for Ethan. Do I think he could have gone about this in a much better, more mature way, ABSOLUTELY!  As for the gif itself, it's too vague as to what it's referring to, as so many iterations of that gif exist. Had he actually told you to kill yourself as you stated, this would have gone in a whole different direction. However, you are 100% spinning this in a way to get heat off of you onto someone else. You and him are in this ship together. You wanna bring up Discord's community guidelines, fine, let's bring up Discord's community guidelines.

    Who the hell are you to be pointing out other rule breakers when you yourself are incapable of following guidelines as well. That's why you couldn't last as staff.

     

    Why I'm not so upset with Migsaruki is because he didn't start this fuckfest., it was you. You could have just came to me and confronted me about ONE TRDM. This stemmed into you telling Ethan essentially that he didn't matter, but no, you had to go ahead and put a spotlight on you over a TRDM, and now a spotlight on you when you're playing the victim because somebody hurt your feelings, when you yourself have done so yesterday, and in the past.. This whole report is superficial, and insincere, it's hard for me, or anyone else on the staff team to take it seriously.

    This is just a self-made issue by no one else other than yourself. Migsaruki will not be receiving a warn of any sort, and luckily for you, you won't be either. You could have ended up with consequences yourself. You went full scumbag and exhausted everyone involved.

    Add glass props to blacklist

    While raids are a definite part to the server, it is not the be all end all. For those who take a more casual approach to the game, I think windows add nice detail to non-defense heavy bases (i.e. shops, hotels, displays.) In a defense scenario, it is one of the few tools that help low level players from getting absolutely pulverized by higher level players.

    Hi verbalcheatcode. You need to create a new application. As one of the main rules states:

    • Do not copy your previous applications or anyone else's

    You copy and pasted your last application that got denied due to lack of hours. Failure to create new paragraphs will result in an automatic denial.

    The reason why I didn’t refer you is because the last few people I have referred have been tricky. I decided to be a bit more strict on who I give a referral to. That being said, you aren’t inherently a bad player, you rarely cause any issues. I actually wouldn’t mind seeing you on the staff team. Like Endless said, you should go that extra mile and communicate more with the staff team. 
     

    I’m gonna go out on a limb here. I’m going to +1, your dedication to the server is good enough to warrant you a trial at least.

    Uhhhh, everything you just listed is what got you banned. "Flashy" is an understatement, I think a word like inhuman might be more accurate.

    The fact that you came to appeal and knew exactly what got you banned should be self explanatory.  Not only did you get banned for aimbot, but also anti-recoil and a bunny hop script. Nothing "organic" got you banned.

    CBT ban appeal

    Due to the lack of evidence regarding the ban, you will be unbanned immediately. I believe Keith that this was not a personal ban; he will not be facing any consequences, as this seems like a technical error and not negligence. In the future CBT, don't prop minge so close to when the round starts or when the round is in session so that a similar case doesn't occur again. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    After much speculation and discussion between higher ups, we have came to the conclusion that the evidence was not sufficient enough to warrant a permanent ban. The clip showed the discombob spun you 180 degrees and placed your crosshair over another players head, which is in the realm of possibility. You were a mere victim of circumstance.

    However, you completely admitted to Mass RDM, which when we looked in our logs, we found you killed 6 innocents as an innocent. Moreover, there is a clip of you saying the hard "R" N-word; regardless of what background you are, any slur whatsoever can result in a ban. You're not completely off the hook, you will be serving a 10 Day NITP ban, consisting of Racism + Mass RDM. Please be more mindful of the rules when you come back.
