I'm going to deny this report on doodle and here's why:1. He wasn't in the wrong for banning you, you claimed he did it without context and you told us here that "the mayor let you."
2. You also claimed you only killed two people (which is true) but it shows you as the instigator on 4 people. That's reasonable grounds for attempted mass rdm which is the same punishment
3. I don't believe he was "fishing for bans" he looked at the logs between you and the person you reported and found sufficient evidence to ban you.
4. (And finally) you're only reporting him and not appealing the ban so you know you're in the wrong and didn't want to challenge it
I understand why you're irritated because you got banned after reporting someone else, but that's not a reason to report the staff member after he found sufficient evidence against you

After review of evidence shown I have come the the conclusion that BLK Saint Nick did in fact NOT wait the 20 minute raid timer.Thus breaking rp. He will be warned in game next time he is on.

Here's what I have to say:
I actually met Orion just last night. Very solid guy. He explained the warn situation and I told him that I will note that I don't think it should be held against or hold him back from applying / making on the staff team.
In talking to him I found that has very mature, something a lot of people aren't on GMOD, I said that I only offer my referral if I know someone but I would defiantly put in a good word for him. I see absolutely no reason why he shouldn't get accepted.

Here is my advice:
The biggest one is beefing up your paragraphs but its also worth mentioning that we usually want people to wait it out until warns come off their record.
Don't let this stop you from applying though. Focus on your paragraphs and I don't see much of an issue

After review of the evidence, and seeing community feedback on you, I have decided to DENY you appeal.Firstly, you were DJ, so "adverting assist" isn't a thing for your class.
Second, why would you kill the person you are "assisting"? This makes me think you're trying to just get out of the ban without an actual reason.
Finally, you applied for staff while currently banned for MRDM and the feedback given to you on a previous ban for homophobia leads me to believe you are being a minge.

Due to this incident being so long ago, and the staff member that banned you no longer staff, I am deciding to lift the ban.However it is important to note a couple things:
The rule you broke is a pretty obvious one
Any further incidents involving a perma ban will remain

I totally forgot about this. It was a great time, two tanks (aka people standing on top with rpg's) invading the island fortress and we jumped up top and threw nades in during our siege. xD
Although I didn't talk to you much personally, learning to be a GM from you as well as the motorcycle/car shit talk in discord was always fun.
Be safe out there and hmu when Im back in the states and we will chop it up on two wheels
