After review of the evidence, and seeing community feedback on you, I have decided to DENY you appeal.Firstly, you were DJ, so "adverting assist" isn't a thing for your class.
Second, why would you kill the person you are "assisting"? This makes me think you're trying to just get out of the ban without an actual reason.
Finally, you applied for staff while currently banned for MRDM and the feedback given to you on a previous ban for homophobia leads me to believe you are being a minge.

Due to this incident being so long ago, and the staff member that banned you no longer staff, I am deciding to lift the ban.However it is important to note a couple things:
The rule you broke is a pretty obvious one
Any further incidents involving a perma ban will remain

After EXTENSIVE review, I have decided to DENY your ban.With the evidence shown to me it is clear that you were exploiting.
You were not dying or taking any damaged after a full mag of the m4, two shots of the db, a backstab, and a shot with a handgun.

After reviewing the clip proved I have decided the deny your initial appeal. Instead I will reduce it to 1 week for Unintentional Mass RDM and this is why:You didn't advert anything that make all the kills valid but it does seem like you're pretty new and just got your hands on the RPG.
All I'd suggest is to be VERY careful from now on and to familiarize yourself with the rules

I've seen this guy on a good bit. I have never had any negative interactions. The only thing Id mention is the majority of you paragraphs you just saying you helped new people (which is def good) but I would like to know more about you personally and a potential staff member, that being said NEUTRAL for now.

Couple things rq before we get to a decision:
I decided to ban you because you didn't give me a reason for why you were killing people until either I or Tj said how many people you killed. You then claimed it was in your base, I teleported you back to where you were at, and you were in the tunnel by spawn.
You lied and that's what made me not think twice about the ban, you tried to abuse a loophole you know we haven't figured out how to fix yet.
I'm not required to show you the proof in game or here. I will send it to whoever claims this report.

I have decided to deny it for the following reasons:You did not appeal the ban in the following month which is the appeal window and the time we require staff the hold onto evidence.
You also admitted to it, and apologized which is stated in the appeal format that this is not a place for apologies.
The rule you broke is one of the more well known ones and is also obvious.

Im not sure what the last guy found. I just looked and it said you were banned on January 4th, 2024.I dont see any evidence of your ban reoccurring. (also never heard of that.)
You did also, in your appeal, admit what you did.

Here is my advice:
The biggest one is beefing up your paragraphs but its also worth mentioning that we usually want people to wait it out until warns come off their record.
Don't let this stop you from applying though. Focus on your paragraphs and I don't see much of an issue
