Merk is a pretty understanding guy, and it alright you putting him down thinking of it as a "referral" I just mentioned that because I asked him if he did actually refer you and he said no. Plus hes a manager. As for your paragraphs, you have the right idea of wanting to stand out but we gauge a lot on how much effort someone puts into their application by their paragraph lengths. If you're willing to take the time to write more then it looks better.

DENIED After letting the conversation play out before making my decision I have decided to deny your ban appeal. This is why: You were spoken to about usage of explosives and given a verbal to be careful, you then killed 3 more people. You were also given the benefit of the doubt that maybe you didn't mean to hit that many people when you threw it therefore given a 1 week ban as compared to a 2 week ban. You were reported by one person but as soon as it is reported at all we look into the whole situation, hence the mass ban. We do not require 3 people to report in order to have a ban for MRDM Finally, you did admit to the kills Your ban will remain. DENIED After review of the video supplied by @ednarb that Koi Fish took it proves that you broke these rules: Failbase, for requiring raiders to crouch to get your keypads (also not having all the doors bought but the keypads matter more) Failrp, for disconnecting during a raid Diss in OOC, as shown in the last 30 seconds of the video Ednarb was correct in not using NLR as one of the rules broken to ban you for because there wasn't proof in the video that Koi killed you and you came back HOWEVER You did admit to the NLR as stated above so your total rules broken count comes to 4 Which is reasonable grounds for a NITRP ban Thank you for attempting an appeal, as well as the effort you have put into your appeal.

I thought we were cool cause I helped you with a couple reports and we always left on a good note but now you're being a minge and lying. This is what ACTUALLY happened: Texan was reported for RDM, once we came to the sit I asked him, and so did the reporter, why he did it and he turned to the reporter and said: "What if I just give you a little money and Ill admit and we moved on? Then to me: "Is that okay Danny?" I replied: "I can not make you give him money but if he is okay with that as the resolution then we will move on." After a little bit back and forth BS conversation, all the while the reporter is just asking for a reason, (That Texan was making to avoid the subject) some of which was Texan asking the reporter if he's English, when he answered no Texan said "There's no way, you cant be American" "Is it a north Eastern accent like from Boston?" (At this point the reporter was getting irritated because he was getting tons of bs and not an answer to why he was killed) After the reporter kept pushing for a reason then I asked one final time (at that point he had no answer) I went to physicgun him to move him to the street to jail him and copy his ID he started jumping around and while laughing said "HE WAS IN MY BASE, HE WAS IN MY BASE!!" I said: "Nah bullshit cause you would've said that in the beginning" My conclusion was he did in fact RDM him and his display of avoiding the question, and the way he acted when I told him he was gonna get jail when the reporter wouldn't take a bribe lead me to believe he was lying

Hello, sorry for the late reply. I am in a time zone behind many and additionally work kept me SUPER late. But here it is: (These SS go in sequential order of the convo btw.) In this situation Glock23 reported you for RDA. I asked you why you did it. You replied: "Do you want me to be completely honest?" "I wanted to talk to you" "You banned two people last time you were here" "How is that logical" I went on to say something along the lines of that has nothing to do with you and this situation and that's not your business anyways. You continued to say that people were being a minge so its "everyone's" (?) business. After looking at the logs, I decided to ban you for these reasons: 1. Glock wasn't the only person to report you for RDA 2. The sheer amount of people you arrested (as seen in my SS of the logs) 3. You never mentioned anything about laws that the Mayor can put in place that allows you to arrest people 4. There was also no laws (as seen in the top left of my screen) that the Mayor added and I find it hard to believe you arrested that many people for shooting each other or breaking into bases Don't take it personally that I banned you but thank you for taking the time to post here on the forums.

Hello, I’m currently not home but is proof even necessary? @Merk@Derpza He admitted to killing them and apologized even though we have said appeals aren’t for apologizing After reviewing my screenshots I remember you saying in this situation that it was a gang war and you said "Do I have to spell it out to you?" In a condescending way. This shows that your adverts weren't even done correctly because not only does the gang war have to come from the LEADER BUT you need to advert a request AS the gang leader to the opposing gang leader and they need to accept it. Example: Bloods Leader: Gang war Crips? (Accept or Deny?) Crips Leader: Gang war accepted Then you can duke it out for 10 minutes or until a leader surrenders I will admit those two Crips did run around and use the /me command to make people think they are robbing them and I did speak to both of them about how they *technically* aren't in the wrong to do it but it is mingy and causes problems So I decided to ban you not only because you did mass, but your attitude in the sit as well as you trying to pass off what you did.
