Racism, homophobia and hate-speech rules are a little too soft in my opinion, there is too many cases of people joining playing for 2 mins finding a N-word filter bypass and then spamming it until said moderator or admin mutes (around 1 - 3) mins then warns after them doing it again bans them (most of the time it is across a 20 min period) and it is quite dumb. This issue/type of speech isn't allowed at all in Gmod at all.

In my opinion this is a big thing of filler, this is just the gun dealer rules tbh.
overall the staff app just explains how you do what your obligated to do, can do by these sections

Also, I give guns to people for free so because I don't mind helping anyone out. These things can prove that I am a person that can have pity on people and not be too harsh. hey did you use the command or just try and hop on it through f4 > jobs > custom classes, and didnt see?
because the main way to do it is /<jobstring> if not try that! use that command in the regular chat box not in console.

im sorry but there is nothing we can do without said steam id, nor can we warn/ban said player off of name because we may do another player.
