I'm a little concerned on the warns, and the ban mainly because they aren't explained thoroughly, if you can explain what the warns or the ban was about. Also I've never seen you around probably because of timezones, so the only thing I can go off of are the warns and "False" ban.

Looking at the other responses you seem like a great dude, your application looks good, you have previous experience, and have a lot of hours, I never interacted with you at all ingame and I really dont have an opinion on you. Still gonna +1 though.

Well, I just got done being in a game with you. You accidently mass rdmed as a citizen, but instead of owning up to it, you left. I don't know if you crashed or anything, but it really leaves a bad taste in peoples mouths. This and the reasons above I'm gonna have to -1

+1 Essay is nice, very nice in game, putting a lot of time into the server. Only concern I have is the mic, because I have seen staff members without mics and miscommunication happens a lot or it takes longer to explain something. Other than that I hope to see you on the staff team!

Well to start off, many applicants say the same thing most of the time. I for one have all the same things, but also have the time to put in, after school I can be on all day and be able to watch the server like a hawk. Over the past couple of days I've been on the servers the time for staff to handle sits have increased, due to the lack of them on at times. With my old experience on here, I believe I am able to make the right decision on punishments, follow the handbook, and dish out punishments and warns, in a timely manner.
