I understand how having a staff meeting would be a good idea, but we would only be talking about things that are out of our control. We could talk all about fixes to the MOTD and what we can do to get the player count up, but at the end of the day it's all just words without a SuperAdmin to implement the changes. If it were my call it would include a blacklist. @ZachDLC You didn't even put a ban request in @ chat before the warns, even though you may not see any other staff on ALWAYS put in a ban request (to avoid situations like this).
