The paragraph looks good, checked chat logs and don't have any signs of toxicity. Seemingly good intent on why to become mod, age within range of pre-req. Only one paragraph when two requested in app, however still a decent paragraph comparatively. Hours are good enough, read the rules and didn't forget them when reapplying. Took the application seriously. Has good potential to be a good addition to the team now and hopefully produce good interactions and clean up server toxicity when others might not be available based on hours.

    Good Luck-

  2. The application section that's supposed to have 2 paragraphs... is one very, very long run-on sentence. Not to mention it's not even two run-on sentences.

The application is to show a bunch of reasons why you should be wanted as a moderator or in the future maybe even admin. The responsibilities that come with that require for there to be a default level of standard before considering an applicant to be accept as does any position of responsibility. To that end a "please write two paragraphs on yourself to convince us we want you on our staff team" is intended to be near overwhelmingly positive in reception. When little effort is made on that two paragraphs sales pitch, not only does it not do a whole lot of good favors but more often than not a bundle of bad favors instead. As evident from the above, when review and decisions about a player being brought onto staff team are being made. Being approved generally happens because:
    A. Chat logs showed no signs of rule breaking behavior
    B. Application and potentially Chat logs show signs of maturity needed of someone to be responsible over others
    C. The level of understanding needed to properly follow instructions and directions to meet the standards as close to 100% as possible.

A few other things may come into play for some peoples decision on approving someone (or disapproving), but you might wanna put more consideration into the application as "not breaking the rules in chat" isn't single handedly enough to get accepted. Being 15y old is deemed an acceptable age as a prerequisite for the application, but it's still a very young age to be someone who's responsible over the behavior and moderation of other players. Maturity is definitely required when it comes to things like that and you can probably assume people are likely to be more harsh and more critical of someone the younger they are when considering them. Does that mean you're incapable of getting in at 15-18? No not at all, but it definitely means you'll want to make absolutely sure to those who would review you that you're more than mature enough for the job and that your age is not a mark against you as an applicant. To toward that, writing two full fledged paragraphs with proper grammar and solid sentence structure is a good way to at least start.

I don't have the ability to check chat logs as of current, and no ability to check hours from account makes that a bit difficult not much to go off of. Assuming hours are correct and chatlogs check out from an admin i have no opposition, but currently rather lacking paragraph not to mention requiring two. I currently have no opposition or reason to promote either, feel hit or miss about it myself would definitely want to see chat log stuff before giving a plus 1. Neutral for now from me.

There's a section in the rules that serves as a falsehood check, and players who thoroughly read the rules pass that check. You did not.

If you want to become a moderator for any garnet server, there needs to be a base level of maturity, and understanding of the rules before anyone person gets put in charge of moderating someone let alone entire servers. There's too much risk for players to receive "mod abuse" and that's not considering that players are likely to claim mod abuse even on correct moderation.

The moderator rules / application rules and guidelines are available as active resources while applying and it is encouraged to use them as such while applying. Some people also seek aid from mods/admins while applying too just to make sure.

Personally speaking, I hope to have our moderation staff be a near squeaky clean example of what player behavior is tolerated, rather than be an example of what not to do. So I'm hesitant to bring on people who have broken rules already. That said minor breaks can be improved on, even if you get declined in the long run, i wouldn't mind seeing future play / time on server and improvements on chat logs as opportunity to prove yourself and re-apply. Failing an application isn't exactly a ban from becoming moderator, only a no "right now", food for thought.

I personally recommend the Username you're using on the forums, as that will work best with syncing a Moderator name across the game and discord/forum, Fiji is from what i've seen not a commonly used name so it'd be decently out standing and easy to notice/remember, vs "<3" though it is still your names/your choice.

I would recommend making your In-game Name and Discord name be the same thing, as it will be near impossible for server-goer's to actively seek out help from "Fiji" if his in-game name is "<3 garnet.gg"

Overall, read the rules, filled out a good paragraph even if it was only (1/2).
Seems to be good intentions and desires as a mod, seems like he could be a good fit.

I don't personally have a bias or connection with in game experiences however, the chat logs have some repeating toxicity to them. While relatively mild it's still not a good thing to see in moderators, plus a few showings that tow the "risk of getting muted" line. Chat spam, toxicity, and other potentially mute worthy incidents would have to all go before I could support it. Plus the paragraph like Leo mentioned, was listed as "minimum two paragraphs"  and there's about 2½ to 3 solid sentences with some what feels like filler thrown in. Not something I'd (-1) you for, but worth noting as it was part of the application format.

For me, I hope our moderators to be clean characters when it comes to the community and people we interact with. While some banter is all but expected, especially in rust, I still feel there's a line. Although I wouldn't say you're far enough from the line to be without hope. As Leo said should those minor changes be improved on, would be much more welcoming to the idea.

What is your total playtime on Rust? 325h
What is your playtime on our Rust servers?[/s] 139h
Do you have access to Discord/TeamSpeak and a microphone?: Yes
Do you have the ability to screen record whilst playing Rust?: Yes, likely Poor quality
Referral(s): [What administrator recommended you to apply?] (Yakyak - Senior Moderator Rust)
Did a moderator/admin help you apply?: No           Past experiences as staff: [Optional] (N/A)

Why should we choose you over other applicants? [minimum 2 paragraphs] You should approve me to be a moderator / a member of your rust staff, and here's why. The currently most active garnet.gg server is the 2x US Trios server, and it doesn't always have enough moderators on at all times. On top of that, sometimes people have complained that a couple of the moderators have been immature and treated the community very poorly, sometimes even with accusations of racism. Why do I bring this up you may ask, because it's important to not only have mods, but responsible, respectful, and mature moderators.

To that end, the very reason I'm applying for mod, is out of care for the server and the community. As well recommendation from Yakyak as it would be appreciated to have more moderators that are mature and responsible. Someone who would actually give off example behavior you'd hope for a mod to have.

Have you made any previous applications, If so when?: No
Have you ever been banned or punished on our server?: No bans on Any servers

If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Rust? Anime, other games, music, and animal rescue
Did you read the staff rules?: "Beserk Psycho"
