What happened? (include any proof): I was doing the usual cruising around on the server when a lockdown happened so i start running around trying to get to my base and a cop Reeeedux had tried to arrest me so i gunned him down not thinking anything of it continued playing for a couple more minutes then i logged off and went to go do something IRL and i come back a couple hours later to see that i am banned for RDM+LTAP and am very confused as to why because ive had reports claimed for RDM BY Sts Orion where the person who was reported has logged off and all i am told is that "oh theres nothing i can do about it since they've logged off" i do not think its fair to pick and choose who gets punished and who doesn't orion knows i will log back on and had absolutely no reason to just up right ban me when i am a active member AND donator just like himself no matter what his opinion of me is. Hes a mod opinion does not and should not factor into what any punishment should be so if i could get unbanned and taken into the sit like a normal player on the server would be much appreciated. Thank you sorry for the long message wish it didnt have to be this way but some people like to abuse their authority.-

(include any proof):So i had rdmed somebody and recived my punishment for it 5 minutes jailed and after spending my five minutes i got unjaikled but could not move due to StS orions negligence he had me in a part of the map that i could not move in or out of this is not the first time something like this has happened either he left my friend RDS travis scoooot frozen for 5 minutes in the corner sheerly out of rage this is absolutely ridiculous 100$ and he can just do whatever he pleases smh i thought Garnet was better than this. wont let me put in the clip ill leave my discord in so you can add me and see what happened (gid4205)< discord-

What happened? (include any proof): So i understand that the word i used was not allowed on the server and i am not here to get my ban fully appealed but i would rather just like to have a week or two knocked off. The reason for that being i had a friend who played along with me who had used this word as well and was let off with a verbal warning and nothing more. He used the word in the exact same manner as i did a none racial/discriminatory way. Besides that what happened was tad tad was sitting outside of our RDS base trying to resolve the clan beef that we had going on he sat out there for around an hour because we wouldn't listen or talk to him so finally i went out and decided to start talking to him and he just kept rambling on and on about how he wants to "bury the hatchet" and i was just fed up with it and used the "n-word" in Game chat to try to deter him away, I didn't think anything of it and carried on my usual garnet gaming experience. Shit talking StS and buying money printers from new players when i got pulled into a admin sit By donttouchmyfrogs. Frogs asked me what i said and i honestly didn't even know what he was talking about as i was so heated in the moment i didn't really realize what i had said to tad tad but either way i ended up getting a month long ban and am wondering if i could have any time knocked off the ban whether that be a day or a week or no time at all. I completely understand and respect any decision yall decide upon and this will not happen again when i am back on Garnet thank you.
