I would like to suggest MEL ESTER's (STEAM_0:0:99455146) VIP be removed. 954 hours on a server and with 10 current warns and still counting. I had the pressure of doing a sit today with him where he killed a staff (Ambiguous) while he was bringing someone to a sit. His justification was it was "staff abuse" and thus has the right to RDM staff knowing he is trying to do his job. Why do we even entertain the idea that this person deserves it? Because he has been on a long time?

The thing is I get were you are coming from. SSA is failrp and I know from personal experience that screenshotting SSA is hard to do and it gives people who are not recording a disadvantage, but killing people for SSA is using an in game RP situation to solve a OOC problem. Which is no different then rdming someone for dis in OOC which we all know isn't the right thing to do. A counter suggestion would be add one of 3 suggestions: 1. Make the stun stick do 1 hp so that staff can see when it does damage and putting it under the ARDM/RDM category while making it not do so much damage that it will kill a lot of people. 2. Make to so that the stun stick will appear in logs. 3. remove the stun stick all together considering I haven't seen it used practically except in a few rare occasions

The title gives it away but since the chess has been implemented I have been forced to stay on a sit for way longer then it should take because someone is playing chess and I am unable to bring them. Most of the time it isn't even a major sit but it ends up taking 10 min.

If staff had to keeps all the records of every ban that they have had to do then I would have to buy multiple hardrives. I don't save record of every sit I do because that redundant. It's a lot of unnecessary steps. I am fully admitting that in this case I don't have evidence on this particular sit. It seems like neither does the appearler. Either 2 things will happen: 1. The appealer will get unbanned. 2. The appealer will no get unbanned. It's not up to me. I've already given everything I can say about it and so has mother sophi so the appeal can be judged on now.

This sits I do remember. I was fully aware of the base considering the person who reported you did in fact tell me about it. When going to the base all props have been deleted and I saw no evidence of it being there. I used all evidence that was provided to me to determine the right course of action. I do not have evidence of this. However I've been an Admin for years on Gmod and have a flawless warn and ban rating on both GarnetGaming and the Sadly no longer existent UrbanGaming. I am aware that this in fact can not be submitted as evidence, but i would like it to go on the record.

+ 1 I've seen him play and he has 90+ hours on the server. I don't think I've ever had a sit with him.
