I barely go off of how much I see in-game since I am not in all the time. However looking at this application... the efforts there. The feedback isn't so hot. Lots of neutrals. Some plus ones and such. I say it like this: If you're community feedback is inconclusive rather than positive, better to deny. Sorry. I do not like what I am seeing. I go based off the staff inputs as they deal with the player base significantly. If you gain staff I will be sure to take a look into you more to see if it was a good decision. -1

No, it's not 3 minutes. 10:47:44, 10:49:26, 10:50:28 In order for it to be 3 minutes it's have to be passed 10:50:44. This means that 3 NLR's had passed within the span of 0:02:44 on the dot (two minutes and forty four seconds.) between the first kill and the 3rd kill. Which means MNLR on that part. Even then you can't come back during a raid.

+1 That application is great, one of the referrals just got demoted but the other two are strong, you have past experience, you know what you're doing clearly. Only thing that would ever worry me is suddenly disappearing again. However, I have a great doubt that with your determination to be here that that would be an issue. I hope you make it on the team!

I feel like this is useless filler. Which deters me from giving a +1 for any reason. I read over the application a lot and it's just stuff about your job and life. I get how it can be applied to the game.. but not to the application at hand. This is my personal opinion and I would like to hear more about you in-game versus a couple of IRL situations. It sounds like you're trying to get sympathy and also trying to refer to a moral standpoint. I would want to focus more on what you can bring to the team and what skillset you would be equipped with other than the life story. I haven't met you myself. Now had this staff application been a bit better in my opinion, I'd be giving a +1. I will NOT give a -1 either because from the community feedback, it looks like you are held pretty high and people like you. So that makes it look pretty good in my eyes. Despite the weak application I will be staying Neutral.

+1 I played a bit with Allie. She is a nice person and I think she deserves a chance. She did recently come back but I remember when I did as well. She has put in the time so I don't think it's a bad idea given the community feedback.

+1 I feel like ya'll ain't giving my man Apple a fair shot here. He has waited three times and placed now 3 separate applications. I've heard it multiple times, he cares about the community, and he has more dedication than half the people I see get through. I definitely say give him a SHOT to see how well it works out. If it doesn't okay, but you could be missing out on a good chance here. He is hilarious, knows the rules, and will be able to do things properly.

Xen, my man. I like you a lot, you're a good player and a good person to see in the server. You have good activity, non-toxic, and would be a wonderful addition to the team. Your paragraphs are weak, the staff app doesn't show much dedication. You gotta fix that up man. Other than that, it seems fine, you deserve a +1 for sure. NEUTRAL I personally haven't seen you that often. You have two warns which leads me to some small suspicion but it's not all that bad considering what they are. I cannot properly make an opinion as I do not know you well, the lack of referrals is concerning, so that leads me more to the negative side, however not enough to -1 anything. I'd say get a couple referrals and show your activity more, but that's not hard seeing as you have good playtime. You were staff before and you seem to be dedicated enough to put in a proper and good-looking application and good paragraphs explaining yourself. I wouldn't say you don't deserve a shot because it definitely looks like you do. Until I see more of you and get more responses from the community, I cannot make an educated decision. I will likely give a +1 if there is positive feedback, stay tuned.

These screenshots and the way you act, tempting staff with "make me" and complaining in-game in ooc. Not only does that reflect on you as a person, but it further proves that the decision to demote you was much greater and the ban should stick. This appeal shouldn't be approved as the evidence is solid. I am sorry, Onee, but honestly you did deserve this ban. These do not require sits. It is obvious and doesn't need to be worked out as it is an intentional offense. Toxic attitudes are unacceptable to begin with. Take a look into it, what does NITRP stand for? No Intent To Role Play. You clearly intended to be in the server to cry and complain about your demotion.

I get labeled the same due to us having the same in-game status. So incorrect. I can agree with you at that portion. However the end result is still the same. I have personal complaints with you particular myself, however that isn't the purpose of this post. I am perfectly content with calling a troll uncaring, because that is why they are trolling. If someone joined the staff and started warning left and right ad began to abuse because they wanted to, they deserve that generalization. I am not implying that at all. Again, you jump to conclusions and have just made an incorrect assumption. Also being defensive of something that isn't targeted at you, again. Never once did I state that all VIP mods are bad or did I state that all VIP mods do not care for the community. You have jumped to multiple false conclusions multiple times now. Not a single time did I state that VIP mods do not care about the community. I am stating clearly that there is a difference between a person buying vip mod to troll versus a vip mod who actually wants to grow in the staff team. Do NOT accuse me of something like that. You seem to have an issue jumping to conclusions in and out of game. I will say it again, and I will NOT repeat myself. It is a suggestion to make the VIP mod purchasing more reliable. NOT a suggestion against being a VIP mod. Any responses from you from here on should be regarding that, not defending yourself against something that isn't against you.

The quote is because you're the one who said that. So your quote. They absolutely would. It has happened plenty of times before. Plus regardless of all of those tests, you're still given that pass regardless. Regular staff apps have to do that plus extra limitations. If someone who hasn't paid failed the test twice, they wouldn't receive the position. All a troll would have to do is sit through a couple of hours, get passed through, and then fuck around. People who have nothing better to do would easily take that step. Do not put the inability to follow specific directions on the shoulders of the trainer. If the training goes as it is supposed to, it is set up so that the new staff can flourish. There is a heavy difference between making a few small mistakes versus using your power and completely disregarding the rules and having to be completely retrained because of it. I never called you specifically a rich boy, you're jumping to that conclusion yourself. When I say "those of us who actually care" I mean those who truly purchase it for the care of the community versus trolls. Also don't bring up covid and suicides as that has NOTHING to do with the post at hand. You got extremely defensive over a post regarding a suggestion to improve limitations to VIP Mod purchasing. That is saying something about you as this wasn't targeted at you specifically. You were on the server for less than an hour before buying it. You had no information about the team or anything about the server before using "expendable income" to buy your way to the top. What I am afraid of is people who either troll, or instantly buy their way in when they join and give the staff a bad name due to their lack of experience and lack of capabilities as a staff member. Plus I don't want new players wasting their money on impulse to be demoted a day later. This was just a suggestion to make the staff team stronger for future reference as well as troll-trapping and actually allowing people to have some experience before jumping the gate into staff in total.
