[minimum of 2 paragraphs. I have over seven years of playing Dark RP under me, and of those years, 5 of them have been in a staff position before. I have been a director at many other communities, so I have good knowledge about the administration. With these years of experience, I have gained knowledge on how to deal with the most extreme circumstances. I have a clear understanding of the dark RP rules, and I feel as if I am a great candidate to fill your staff needs. Secondly, I have previously held a staff rank on this server before, so I am familiar with the community's rules and the players. I am ready to increase the reputation of the server by removing rule breakers to generate an all-around better playing experience for the player while doing so. [minimum 2 paragraphs] To start off, I have about 1200 hours on Garry's mod and of that 1200 hours, about 1000 of them were spent in an administrative position. I have had many roles from Moderator to Global Director. Having spent time in these roles, I was able to learn many things from how to properly interact with fellow staff and handling the most complex admin situations. One of the biggest things that I was able to take away was the ability to manage and interact with people. I believe that this by far is one of the most critical skills needed to bring players back to the server and keep playing. The end goal for me as a staff member would be to create an RP experience that players want to come back to and have fun. Some of the many things that I personally believe that would make meme a great staff member would be the numerous hours I have put into gmod, which has given me the opportunity to see may RP situations and how to correctly asses them and help handle them. Having to work my way up through the roles in many communities has shown me how to be a good leader and given me experience at every administration level there is. I have also come to love the Garnet Gaming Dark RP server and I want to have the ability to help out when there is a massive influx of admin calls but not enough admins.
