Why should we choose you over other applicants?I believe I deserve the position as I am able to handle heated situations very easily and elegantly, and always depend on evidence when making any decision. I know the rules very well and have taught them to many players, some still playing daily. I have a very long history with this community and have cherished it as long as I've been a part of it. I want nothing more than to help more players have a similar or better experience if that's what they're after. I am on at pretty much all hours of the day sporadically with my current schedule and I often see the server when there are absolutely no staff. This is something that is said in basically every application I have seen but it is the truth so I won't omit it. I would also love to have more to do on the server, even if it isn't RP. Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? If so, Include details: I was banned for Chargeback on MRP in 2017 (I was 17 years old). I have since had conversations with Garnet on the matter and I'm sure he could attest that something like that will not happen again. As a warning to anyone who has even thought about the outcome of attempting to chargeback: you won't get anything out of it. No money, just regret.

+1 when the server is full it'd be nice to just filter out exactly who you're looking for especially when they hit deny request for invite and then the leader has to manually send one to them

I believe the point of this is to keep people from selling claims with less than an hour left. Very easy to get burned in the current configuration and this change could help lots and make people less skeptical when buying printers. You will also know exactly what to pay for a printer based on its condition.

+1 dont see why a timer that is already being parsed would cause any lag just because its being echoed
In addition, this will encourage more people to use this method as a sale/purchase as they know exactly what they're buying, no scams possible.
If so, maybe figure out what the cause is and that would be another can of worms- IF it would come to that.

Mike Hosn, JaoHalo, SirMike, and mSaber were the leaders of IJU back in 2017 and they're the main reason I've stuck around and come back so many times. Love those guys, they taught me a lot and made the server enjoyable

What happened? (include any proof): I have no proof (as this account was minimized and afk all night), but the account in question has not spawned props in weeks. This was most likely a mistake.
Why should your ban be removed?: Again, this is an alt which does not get used other than to spawn printers. I have never and will never commit mass propblock because it's stupid.Thank you.

Additionally, have been stopped from withdrawing money from printers.
I tested this with some players, and have determined that the message does appear, but the money never goes in the player's wallet.

Thanks for all the hard work, Garnet. As someone who no longer plays, and just lurks the forums (though I accidentally donated $200 through Paypal subscription the other day), I am very happy with how Garnet Gaming has played out. It isn't in its best state, but you don't know when things can change for the better. Just don't let this shit get to your head, you're providing a fun and safe environment for anyone to hop into at any time, and giving groups of friends and individuals a chance to work as a team in any capacity.
Didn't get to read the original post because of how scarcely I've been on the forums lately, but I'm glad you simply decided to let things flow, but like I said, don't let the community hold you hostage. You have a life ahead of you, we all respect and understand that.

Wait, really? D3A is so brokenly non-compatible with ANYTHING that you can't make a script to output x,y,z whenever a player gets killed? I find that hard to believe. I'd look into this further but with how little D3A can be messed with outside of owning a license, I wouldn't get far.
Edit: said fuck it, sent message to StonedPenguin (creator of D3A[i think]), will see if I can get a testing environment to maybe dabble in the code/features of the mod to get a full extent of what's possible/impossible.

If being a faction leader means anything anymore, then it would also mean inclusion during investigations on members of said faction. Piling that on top of the fact that Viva himself is on the staff team- a Head Moderator, at that, he definitely should have been included. If a faction leader and staff member can't be trusted to be a part of these kinds of investigations, or even be told that there are allegations/rumors/etc that one of their members is cheating, then why would they be in that position in the first place? Poor decision making on the investigating party's side trashed Vega's reputation, as well as Viva's. No one can be blamed but the person who was cheating, unless you can prove beyond a reasonable doubt that others are involved/knowing. Viva/Vega wasn't given that chance.

This was stupid and not behavior that I have since repeated.
I was just coming back to DarkRP when all this occurred so some of the visual queues took some time to come back as well. In this situation I thought that I was already wanted, there was a lockdown, and you were going towards Juto, who was raiding, with your arrest baton out. I figured he was wanted too, (which both of our wanted statuses went away maybe a minute before without me noticing). I will agree now that it was RDM, all I had to do was wait two seconds for you to either quickwant Juto or enter the raid area, I shot too early and was punished justly for it.
