Good paragraphs, clearly a liked person among the community, and an okay amount of playtime. Only thing that made me question the application was that you don't know how to work recording software, although its a barrier that can be overcome, its still an important fundamental of being staff. I love the confidence with the referrals though lol.

Event ideas are unique, well planned and thought out, the events seem to be sort of flexible too, allowing for different outcomes or sub-events, I also like the last 2, they're like a show or a book. Other than that, I see no major cons to letting BingBoing into the GM team, in my opinion, he BingBoing would make a good addition and I can already tell he'd work well with the other GMs.

Good referrals, plenty of experience to dive head first into the job, great playtime (accounting for not only staff but IG experience), & well thought paragraphs. Current replies also are a plus to this.

clearly has a good intention and is sorry for cheating, the other +1's also explain why and I agree with them, I'm not going to write my own paragraph about it though as its already stated plenty of times as to why he should be unbanned, this doesn't even really matter though, jake is probably going to deny it

Care is a very respectful and mature person, to -1 his application solely because his application is lackluster is not a good idea. He's had his minimal paragraphs and his information is down to the point and simple, I've seen other applications with less information than this one that are still good. Other than that, Care has a decent activity and is on at least a few times within the week, he's also got a good involvement within the server despite not talking with RU. Careless is just a man of few words, which in my opinion would make him a better staff member.

I don't really know you that much, but despite that barrier, I feel like you'd make a good addition to the staff team. You're active, I think you're respectful and your application in general was good.

A little bit toxic at times, but nevertheless, a good asset to the team. I feel like he can handle himself professionally in terms of sits and whatnot, even though he acts like he has no brain, but I guess that's alright, it is a game after all and he can put on his big boy pants when it comes time. Other than that, very active, very communicative, and has no bad intents.

Yurri realized that he actually liked the server and knew he made a mistake, that being the obvious reason he made an alt account. The ban should be reduced, a perma ban is extreme, he clearly has good intentions for the server which is shown by his determination in staff. If Yurri were a person who didn't really seem to care about the server or was very toxic then I would've said no, but he's a very chill person.

I haven't seen anything much or anything wrong with you in-game but your staff app looks good and your +1's look good. I think you'd be a good addition to the staff team, although 15-20 hours is a bit much for someone who is in school and makes me think that you wouldn't be doing your homework (if you're online) which irl takes priority over GMod. Other than that, don't burn yourself out and good luck!

I like the application and it looks like you put some effort into it and you have good referrals, and I think you'll do a pretty good job as a GM with your ideas. I'd like to see you as a GM sometime soon, you seem like you'd be a fresh addition to that aspect of the team.

This is indefinite proof, this guy is screwed and you could hear he knew in his voice when you changed your name back to Romac. Nice job busting this guy, not sure why he said he'd leave the server forever if he's just going to make an alt, could've just had 2 alts and played it smart with your name. Ban evaders seem to get busted in the most dumb ways though.

Don't think I've had much of a talk with RealRichard but I've definitely seen him active and he looks like he has nothing but good intention for the server. I really like the application too, you really invested your time into it which is nice.

I don't play TTT but I just found this post and as soon as I saw the paragraph, I knew things were gonna be bad.
For paragraphs, you really have to invest time into what your going to say, I know I'm gonna sound like an English teacher here but its true. Dig deep and piece together nice sounding sentences with "big words" on occasion. Also, having your paragraph just specifically use higher vocabulary words isn't gonna work either, it needs to make sense and flow nicely.
