With that out of the way, won't bring "Normacco" into this just in-case I am getting you mixed up, (which I am pretty sure you are Normacco, but moving on from that) what I have seen from "Plague". During your time when you come to 2GA, you always fucked around in war and admitted to doing so with your Delta Force buddies, and said you will stop doing, which is good. But that was pretty recent that this occurred, and I don't think you are mature or ready enough for staff after those several events. You may remember this event better as the "Operator" thing you did with 2GA PVTs, which was mostly Delta Force members minging on 2GA in war together. I am honestly shocked that you are still in Delta Force and even got a promotion, but maybe it was dealt with within the faction through a talk or striking, etc. It takes time to build up a positive reputation from a negative one.

5) Launch Teamspeak and selects Tools > Options > Design

This is a problem for source games in general for example in cs if you enable sv_showinpacts 1 the. You can see that the server in some cases can register a completely difrent hit location then the client this is especially bad with shot guns with large spread.
