my opinion on this subject is that an unban should have been issued. The mass RDM ban shouldn’t have gone through to begin with. I understand rules need to be enforced but there’s circumstances where things should be changed. With oatlife being a vet player at the time of the ban and the mass rdm not actually affecting anyone besides people who were going along with it there should of been a different consequence ( in game RP punishment). One of the main issues with this mass rdm ban is while it was intentional, it was non malicious and staff at the time never took that into consideration
as far as the ban evading go, im not too sure but i think its been excused in the past. At the end of the day it was an harmless evade that was actually beneficial to the server. I think staff team should look at this case again and re-evaluate their decision

Honestly, anything that will refresh the current state of combat on the server I wouldn't mind. While combat would still somewhat be the same, it seems like a nice change. Obviously there's reasons that Garnet wouldn't want to do this, considering that it would probably take a while to implement. I think a map release along with this overhaul would make people want to play more to be honest. I'm rather confused about how current SOC transfers would happen though. I assume that GRU would become 055, SSO would become Red Group, and Vega would become 313, but I'm not sure how RU mains would take this. As a US main, not much would change for me, so some input from dedicated RU mains would be amazing.

Event Title: Vega Caught Red-handed P2
Narrative: Following up to yesterdays interaction with vega members, Captain Aparh leads a group of 11B,AFSOC, and DF to attempt to conversate with the Vega to figure out what was happening. Vega didn't comply so Captain Aparh along with LT Bacon and 3 Other 11B Members snuck into the base and arrested a Unknown Vega member. They Swiftly exited base to a Convey of 11B and AFSOC in the Air to return to base. At the gate of US base, a unknown member of RU was able to snipe the man arrested leaving US With no further information. It also gave RU an idea that US was after them.

Event Title: Vega Caught Red-handed
Narrative: Reports of unauthorized groups setting up near silo. After the people fled when seeing the US Army pull up, DF and 11B Chased in Pursuit. After chasing for a while, One was killed and one made it back alive to the RU base. The person that was killed was a Vega. DF then tried to raid RU base to arrest the other person on who fled. They failed and retreated, but they know Vega was the ones making deals with a terrorist like organization. An unidentified helicopter was bought back to base for US to investigate.

As a player who's already been experienced with the character the understanding of how roleplay with the character is conducted is stronger. When SWRP First launched I was there to support it from the beginning and I learned a lot along the way, I understand how to act in/out of RP scenarios, I've learned how to take criticism and use it to improve, and I've learned my limits. I'm confident in my Roleplaying abilities and dedication to staying active, but I'm also confident in myself that if those were to slip I'd take responsibility and pass the role to someone more suited. Now to speak about my experiences a little bit, on the initial launch of SWRP I was one of the few who made it to Jedi Knight and then Received a lore character so I already know a lot about how the Jedi force is ran. I also played some other SWRP servers which has allowed me to take some good ideas and traits and implement that into my own gameplay.
People who know me know I love to joke around and play. I'm very welcoming to everyone and especially new players, I'm always looking for that next thing to do to make the server more enjoyable for others. I understand responsibility and I'm also mature enough to play the role. To keep it short, I believe if I'm chosen over other applicants I will be able to provide loyalty and dedication to the role and the players. I truly have a passion for SWRP and specifically the Jedi Force, So regardless of if I'm chosen or not expect me on and as a Padawan /salute
Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? NoHow would you use the role you are applying for?
I'd use to the role to further enhance gameplay on the server and show leadership. I plan on not only providing quality roleplay and ideas to the GMs and Jedi force, but I also plan to set a good example for other players in the Jedi force on what's okay and is not okay. I won't be around forever to play the role, but my goal while having it is to leave the biggest impact I can on the server and the players around me so everyone has a better time. I'll use the role for good, not to abuse power or have some type of ego. I genuinely do love the server and can't wait for the rerelease.
How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: 2 and Half hours minimum everyday.
If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Garry’s Mod? I like to go to the gym and chill out with family and friends. I'm also a big fan of food.

+1, I like Bingboing I think he's a genuine guy. I think his application is very well written but what sticks out to me the most is the flow chart and events. The events themselves are pretty standard, however I like how they have progression and a clear path. It shows he can clearly write campaign lines. Another important aspect I realized was the Yes/No columns, It shows for his event ideas they won't be railroading and outcome will vary based on the players, this is something I really like. BingBoing as an addition to the team will be great, Think we are starting to build a solid line up MRP has never had before.

Event Title:l Pirates caught red handed ( sounds like a porno tbh)
Narrative: Local group of pirates were scavenging some crates on an abandoned cargo ship from the destroyed lake. After some US on a patrol saw them, they engaged in combat to defeat them. It was difficult for the US so they have to rely on Afsoc going for a bombing run.However they were able to capture one alive.

Event Title: Russia gets revenge for Ravenholm Part 2
Narrative: After Successfully capturing Ozzy Blackwell, the Russians try to trade him for a Green beret member, during the trade off US had different plans. They launched a precise counter attack that was able to wipe out all forces in one sweep with a signal that only the US knew.

Event Title: Russia gets revenge for Ravenholm Part 1
Narrative: Russian Spetsnaz go into base for a meeting to discuss peaceful negotiations, or so they told US. Instead, they baited US Leaders in a room with no weapons and no other guards and took one hostage. After a intense standoff they were able to escape with the rest of their soldiers and retreat to base. No one was killed throughout this entire thing.

Event Title: Checkpoints-Aparh
Narrative: The US set checkpoints on embassy bridge and identified and searched anyone who tried to past. RU went through successfully and tried to make an attack and failed. However while the US were guarding silo the taliban attacked so Emb forces were sent to help and they were overran and retreated back to base and held positions while Russian tried to raid and medics were helping the injured. It was chaotic lmao.

Event Title: Taliban : Tries to get revenge ( In Theaters march 5th)
Narrative: A Small group of taliban decide to climb the wall and break into the US base, they go down to the bunker area and try to extract information from the computers, after multiple errors they fail and the US get alerted of their presence and are chased out the base. After safely making it back to Comms ( the outside bunker thing) they trade with RU for a US hostage, this whole time 75R COL @eli_ was following to follow them outside the base and comms in their location. They were then raided by the US and completely destroyed.

Event Title: Bunker RavenholmNarrative: Russian forces went to an Old bunker abandoned by the USSR back in the Cold War, The objective was to collect any information left behind to archive it and to clean up all equipment, if any left behind. While in the bunker a group of mercenaries saw the movement and decided to try to attack to take the bunker for their own, out of nowhere arrived a group of GB which then called in back up from 11B which they were able to clear the mercenaries and make the Russian forces surrender, only the be killed in battle by reinforcements.

Gamma was always a cool and nice guy. Very fun to hang around and easy to get along with. I remember when I first started playing and he was in PDSS with Gardner, one of my favorite times on MRP. Playing along side him, chilling with him, being in teamspeak with him while he trained me to get better at the game. Thinking back now on issues we had on SWRP over the stupidest things. I Remember the last time i spoke to him, i was asking him to come back to the server. He told me he was going through irl stuff and would be back soon, i wish i knew the truth and could of helped him then. Rest in peace gamma, we'll miss you

Gamma i want to thank you for believing in me when nobody else did. It may not have been much and only a gmod server but it meant a lot. I remember the support you showed when i first applied for staff. I had mountains of shit thrown on top of me and you still +1’d and tried to give me a chance. GMing for SWRP, I had no experience ever GMing, none. You always participated without complaints, you gave me a shot without 2nd thought. Thank you. On MRP just a couple weeks ago you were helping me run some events, while everyone else complained and whined you still participated and helped. Thank you for that. I still remember messaging you on forums begging for you to teach me how to pass vega tryouts, you always said yes. it may have not been major things, and it may not have seemed like it was important, but it was to me. so thank you gamma, i wish you were here for just one more war with us, one more raid, one more kidnap, one more arrest, and one more medrp situation.
the more i think about it the more it hurts, we were never super close but you made a huge impact on my experience. Thank you so much.
If there's anything we can do to support gamma and his family please let us know Immediately, I hope he's happy now. I pray for his family.

+1, I had a lot of faith in Kurtle since he was a LT, he’s always been a good officer and staff. Easy to get along with and communicate with. He’s always been down to do events with 2GA and continue to participate in RP regardless of issues that occur. His ideas are solid and the app was very well written. I think he’ll make a great addition to the GM team.

+1 Speaking from personal experience i can vouch for Oatlife’s good work on SWRP. First day of SWRP release i joined 91st with Swag leading and him as a fellow trooper. Ever since then his RP has progressed and his hard work increased. Oatlife is one of the few I remember from the OG launch and i can say i trust him in this position.
