Pretty self explanatory why it's a -1. Not much work put into it, not old enough, etc.

I would say show more commitment and dedication to the server, I've seen you around but haven't really seen all that much from you. As of right now you're kind of just an enlisted that's here, once you've shown what you can offer a bit more I can  +1, but for now I can't.

Speaking from experience, I know how much somebody can change within the span of time that he's been banned. Personally, I'd like to believe I've changed a significant amount since I first started playing the server, and it's been for the better. If I can improve myself so much in the amount of time that I was gone, I believe he can too. Good luck Medinator.

I've only seen great things from you. To be completely honest, even if I WANTED to throw dirt on your application I don't think I could, you're that exemplary. Keep it up my friend, you're somebody I can see fitting the role of Gamemaster quite well.

I'd definitely wait a while after getting off of LOA to get back into the rhythm and make yourself known within the community once again. A month or two of playing consistently should be enough to show the community your character so they can properly judge whether you're ready or not for staff, but for now I would wait.

do you really think if i was hacking i'd have found the discord to find the website to do an appeal? or would i have just hopped onto another server and done it again?

several people do that exact thing, it's not a valid excuse my friend.

Frankly, I have no clue who you are, and that's not a good thing. Also, your paragraphs are spotty and don't really offer up much as to why you would make a good staff member, only your past experiences as staff. I would suggest that you get more known within the community.e

I've said my piece, but I feel this is relevant to the appeal: The last time a ban wipe was discussed, Garnet said it would be the last one, at least for MRP. (This could change, but unlikely) There's no point in saying "wait for a ban wipe", when one won't happen. As he preferred people to make an appeal rather than mass-unbanning idiots.

Bans appeals should be case-by-case basis. You aren't compelled nor should you be to follow some else's decision on someone else's appeal

This alone ^ from the banning staff.

    Additionally, Garnet said:

As in, he won't mind bloom being unbanned, he just wanted an appeal done correctly, not one accepted with little-to-no feedback

    Still, +1

As quoted directly from Jake in Yurri's ban appeal (not comparing to Yurri's situation, just the wipe thing)

    Quote

    Denied
    Wait for a wipe.

-1 I think the precedent this sets is dangerous and ridiculous.

Not gonna lie, the impact you had on the server is overblown. I’ve been vocal since I came into the MRP community that Docs and Tryouts are things 90% of the server can do and mean little to nothing. The event server failed. Whether that’s attributed to your ban, Shrimps leaving out of frustration, or what ever else, it failed. AFSOC has very little impact on the server. They basically serve as aerial taxi’s when requested and are sometimes involved in the seldom thought out operation/event.

I don’t know you as a person but I’ve heard you’re chill and a good dude. That’s great but neither is a reason to unban someone for cheating, something that has literally never happened outside of ban wipes.

PS: Didnt ban you, didn’t record you, nor is the screenshot of your Citizen account from me.

I completely agree with what Ozzy said here. Regardless of what you've contributed, if you cheat you should still be banned. "Oh, what about Yurri", I've changed the way I see things, and I was acting with bias when that incident occurred, and I think there is a large amount of bias around this case in general (obviously not on purpose). Very confused why what he contributed matters if it's never mattered in the past, I could be extremely mislead though. Not trying to step on toes or be rude in any type of way, it's just that this incident is very ordinary, and shouldn't be handled completely different just because he contributed a little towards the community. I don't have anything against you personally, and I'm sure we could be great friends if you're unbanned, but I just don't agree with that decision.

What happened? (include any proof): Got caught evading on alt account (will be in more detail next section)

Why should your ban be removed?:

Alright. Before this gets insta-denied for appealing again, I was informed by Garnet to appeal on my departure post (not able to show proof because I’m forum banned).
It has been close to a month since I’ve been gone. Once again, I’m gonna get people saying stuff like “appeals aren’t meant for apologies.” However, with my time one the server, it forged who I actually am. Obviously, I made a major mistake in December. I didn’t know what was going to happen in the future. It was a mistake I regretted deepest down. On my time on the server, I accomplished some things that I never thought I would. I became staff, led a faction, and best of all, made new friends. I know the argument that is made against me, I know my supporters, and I know who doesn’t support me. The most killing argument against me is “You were staff and you didn’t tell anybody.” Here is my response to this. After I was banned, I was informed by someone saying “If you told Jake about what happened, you wouldn't be banned, rather just removed from staff, or set to T. Mod.” Alright, so here is my response to this one. During February, there were many cheat accusations against me. They were all false at this time. During this, Jake had a little look through my computer at anything he could find--with a desperate-to-find something tone. It was almost sarcastic when he was talking, asking me to search in my windows bar “Odium, meth, SMEG, citizen, etc.” Purposely looking for something to get me banned. At that time, if I had anything on my computer, there is no chance the punishment would’ve been the same. Many times people (in general) would say something like “If you confessed to doing this, you wouldn’t be in trouble at all” after the event happened. However, speaking from experience, this is not always the case. What someone wants the punishment to be at the time is what it is going to be either way. It can’t go both ways. The other argument against me was ruining the game for other community members. You could say I did, which I am owning up to. I deeply apologize for ruining the game for 10 minutes on 1 raid against Kermat and Stork.
Throughout my time on the server, I have greatly changed. I know it was brought up by Acer and Randy, however, I wanted to make this known. What you saw from me in December is nothing you could’ve imagined from me now. Nobody knew who I was when I joined on my alt, so I worked my way up with people respecting me for who I was. Although toggling isn’t something I could’ve escaped the burden of, nobody knew of it and was fine with me being around either way. Everybody does things they regret in their past, and sometimes it is inevitable. Sometimes, they do things because they are not aware of where it will take them. I know I lied about who I was, but I ended up bringing happiness to other people and that is a feeling I won’t forget. I’ve focused on all the “bad’s” I’ve caused, so let me now move on to the “goods” that I accomplished. First off, I became a (i would say) reliable staff member. I worked hard in that position, making sure everybody had a good experience when they played on the server. I worked hard for other people, and ended up getting MVP my first month staffing and first month in general on the server. Next up, I led GRU with 1 month on the server. Although this can be argued sometimes, I believe that I did a fairly good job for what state GRU was in. I helped other players out within the faction and was all-around a friendly guy to be around (imo). Finally, I feel like I was helpful around the community and was fun to be around/with. I know that in the time I was playing on the server, I was able to make a bunch of new friends that I play other games with now. So far, I have covered everything bad I have done on the server, and pretty much everything good for the community. Instead of going straight to the executive's opinions, I want to hear directly from the community of what they think of me, knowing who I actually am and what I have actually done. I believe with this information, it can go on to see how others would either want to see me back or not see me back. I will have Acer keep me posted on your guy’s responses to this because I am unable to see the forums. I will have Acer reply with my exact words to every comment you guys put on this thread. I just want to see community feedback on how they view me and my situation. Until next time.

Alr I can disprove most of these: https://streamable.com/0w0k8c

First streamable clip: Not that hard because you didnt see me and I had time to set up a shot on you (unfortunately dont have the clip because i didnt think much of the kill)

Second streamable clip: I hit my shots and had good TS callouts | https://streamable.com/1j52i1

Third clip: I aimed head height and hit shots while you guys were moving in a tight column (https://streamable.com/ka9uoj)

Fourth clip: I didn't think that was worth clipping because i just hit the shots and that was the only clip (Unfortunate I dont have a clip)

Thanks for the clips. +1. Clearly there is a large amount of discrepancy between what happens on one person's screen and what happens on the other, in the case of the clip of you and me in shipment, it seemed like you landed and killed me almost instantly, but on your screen it took a couple seconds. Garry's Mod is weird, I support you now.
