Now I can atone for killing Cloaker and somehow managing to kill Albert, but killing SGP was pure circumstance and from what it looked like he understood what was going on (I had to find him myself and apologize and even then he didn't seem to care). What happened was during a raid of RU raiding US I happen to come across a ghillie far enough to which I wasn't able to see the name and promptly shot him. With that it takes the R out of RDM since I did make a conscious decision and going by the only definition for Mass RDM I could find (https://www.google.com/search?q=mass+rdm+meaning&rlz=1C1CHBF_enUS894US894&oq=mass&aqs=chrome.0.69i59l2j69i57j0i67l4j69i60.1019j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8 how I imput the rounds into this MilRP setting would be to define them as per time that person would die or when the scenario changes which is essentially 1:1 with how it is in TTT {source of this information}) I only RDMed two while killing one based on pure circumstance which doesn't qualify as MassRDM. And even then IF the situation with SGP is still considered for whatever reason RDM, there were two different rounds comprised of RDM one of which with just one person and another with two.

MassRDM as it stands on MilitaryRP is 3 kills within 5 minutes, clearly -1.

Crazy how a lot of you guys have made your mind up already. Am going to upload some recent videos of wars that I have played on YouTube, I hope that can give you a idea of my playstyle these clips will be from wars that date from 2021.03.27-2021.04.03 it will take some time to upload but this will be raw war footage with no editing. Ofc I don't have old clips back when I was in GRU but I do have recent footage that can give you all a idea or something to help you understand how these clips may have happened; regarding Gamma and his clip- I have played nearly 2000 hours of CSGO and a lot more on a alt, I flick in CSGO and transfered those skills to Gmod from the videos I will eventually upload you will notice I flick alot some of it is due to being over run by alot of enemies and in that clip you can see that I start shooting at okonma then to the guy on the stair and then to the Gamma but that is because am dealing with multiple people and you have to deal with the greatest threats at a time. As for that headglitch spot by the box I jumped and aimed then proceeded to shoot, it was complete luck and sometimes that happens. I shouldn't be banned because I enjoy this server and wouldn't do anything to risk the time and money being lost I know I don't have aimbot or use wall hacks and hopefully the clips that I have recorded can change the mind of those that have come to a conclusion already.

Your playstyle and how you play in war doesn't matter, some of these clips are literally just aimbot and walls. I hate to break it to you, but your recent wars really do not matter, it's very clear that you have cheats in these clips.

Now, there will be a large amount of bias from me, considering I am his friend, but I beg everybody to look at it objectively, it just seems stupid to me. There was a guy who cheated, he got on an alt, started to enjoy the server, and changed. After changing, he became staff, a faction leader, and an officer in another faction. He became friends with pretty much everybody he came into contact with, and was extremely enjoyable to be around. Clearly showing change, and clearly showing that he regretted his actions, he was banned again, as a result of his stupid actions 4 months ago. I don't know man, it really is a sad tale. I believe that the current Yurri is not nearly the same as the one that cheated, and I believe he should be given a "second chance", or maybe what could be considered a first chance, if you simply void the person that he is no longer (the one that cheated). Look at the current Yurri from the day he ban evaded to the current day. That person is a role model within the community, and somebody that can be respected and even looked up to. Look at the person before he ban evaded, a scummy cheater, who was in it to ruin people's time. Now you tell me, are they the same person?

How do you plan on benefiting our server? [minimum 2 paragraphs]

As of late, I've been getting rather bored of the core gameplay in the server. This isn't to say that I'm not going to still play it and enjoy it, but I want something else to do whilst also benefitting the community. I genuinely just want to make my time within the server something of use, rather than just sweating in war every day and giving absolutely nothing back to the server in return. Personally, I wouldn't consider myself an extremely professional person at all times, but I definitely understand when to be professional and mature, and I believe I could do a great job at it being staff. I believe that I have shown that I have the ability to be mature when it is called for by the way I handle myself in game, and the way I handle myself in situations that call for it. Most of the time, I'm very laid back, I don't really take a ton of things super serious, but like I said, I understand that staff is something you need to be serious about. There's a ton of things that I want to do to help the server, and the best way to start out is as a Trial Moderator, that way I can show how mature I can be.

I'm sure there are going to be people that disagree with me when it comes to becoming staff, and for those people I urge you to leave a reason down below so that I can try to be better. I think that I am in a good spot to become a Trial Moderator. The key word being Trial. I think that I can prove myself to everybody with this opportunity. Like I previously stated, I genuinely just want to help out the server. I've put in over 500 hours since my return (which was around early December?), which shows my dedication to the server. Garnet is really where I feel "at home" within the Garry's Mod community, and that makes me want to benefit the server in any way possible. I understand that any wide range changes I might want implemented within the server obviously won't come about, but if I become staff I plan on hanging around for quite a while, and progressing through the ranks so that hopefully some of my ideas might be implemented. I will take as many sits as possible, and I will follow any orders given to me, that way I can help the server in any way seen fit. If you're a little on the edge on what your opinion is about me, I urge you to come hang out in the TeamSpeak, and get to know me, and then make your final judgement based off of that.

Have you ever been banned or punished on GG MRP? If so, Include details I got banned on echo fog for mass, which in hindsight should have been an accidental mass. (literally did sims in base, under 200 hours)

Have you made any previous applications, If so when?: Yes, February 5.

How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: Pretty much all day every day, other than 7-10AM on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Well Eli is still active, and essentially confirmed what I said. So for the couple months I haven't played, Acer still has the problems I saw when I was playing.

Yeah I don't really know where the "OOC bullshit" comes from, I don't even talk in OOC. The only time I ever touch OOC is when somebody directly talks to me, and for the "tryout minge" stuff that was when I wasn't actually playing the server consistently, I've put in 350+ hours into the server in the past month and 1/2, all that shit was before I was playing seriously. Not here to argue, but the only time I'm toxic is in teamspeak, and I completely own up to that, and it's something I need to change. It's something I plan on working my best at changing.

Past experiences as staff: [Optional] I was a Head Admin on a somewhat large MRP server around June of 2020, and was a Senior Moderator on an MRP server not long after that.

How do you plan on benefiting our server? [minimum 2 paragraphs]

I plan on benefitting the server by putting in as much time as possible into resolving issues that arise within the server. As a Trial Moderator, I figure that there probably isn't much that I can benefit server-wide, but that will very easily become a large part of my goal once I progress through the ranks. I aim to be as non-biased as possible when it comes to dealing with sits, and I think that I can do a great job when it comes to putting time into staff. I want to take as many sits as possible, and make sure that I contribute more than enough to the server at any given time. I would rather put time into staff than put time into doing nothing during peace time, and I think that I can do more than enough to help out. Staffing within servers is something that I have enjoyed throughout my time in Garry's Mod, and I'm surprised it's taken me this long to apply on this server.

It must also be noted that personally I think that I can put in the amount of maturity needed in order to be staff. I'm going to assume that there will be a couple people who disagree with me becoming staff, and I just want to be clear that I will obviously conduct myself in a completely professional manner if I become staff, and any "messing around" will be no more. I genuinely just think that I can do a good job with helping the server out, and I want to do great things within the staff team. Being a Trial Moderator will be the first step within my journey, and I plan to make my journey long and meaningful. Like I said, I think that I can contribute a large amount to the server in the long run, and I genuinely want to help the server. There will be people who disagree with this staff application, whether it's for good reason or not, but I just want to state that when it comes to staffing on a server I conduct myself very seriously, whether anybody decides to believe me or not is their choice.

Have you ever been banned or punished on GG MRP? If so, Include details: Back on Echo_fog I was banned for massrdm, but this was before non-malicious mass was a thing, and it should have been marked accidental given the circumstance. I was rather new within the server and was doing sims in base, this was with probably under 200 hours.

Have you made any previous applications, If so when?: No.

How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: Whenever I'm on the server, which is very often considering I don't have much to do other than school. The only somewhat off limits time would be around 7-10am on Monday-Thursday. Other than that, I'm usually on the server.

I see holes in this story 😉

lmfao I delete my clips all the time because they take up so much space and I don't know how to compress them, didnt know if I still had it or not . if I had the clip I would send it

thats my bad,  but even with foxx being behind regret, not off to the right, collating is impossible, i believe. even with an aek and orsis being shot as close as possible, and theres no space in between the person in front and behind, i wasn't able to get a collat, so i dont see any way that from any distance a collat is possible.

Read my other replies, never said I collated him with an AEK. Just killed him right after cause he was already in my bullets trajectory after killing regret.

  9. 10 minutes ago, Hale said:

Ay when you watching the clip, Foxx isn't behind him, Foxx is up the hill and to the right. When Regret flies back from your magical headshot, Foxx isn't anywhere to be seen in the area behind Regret was, and even if Foxx was there, Regret had just crested the hill. With the rate at which both Regret and Foxx died, Foxx wouldn't of even been able to peep his head over the hill within the time they both died.

    Yikes.

    That's not Foxxx lmao that's a 2GA

Blood stains are client sided. So that would indicate that the person being shot is actually being shot from that direction, but the person shooting could have faulty blood stains on the position on the playermodel. We're giving you the benefit of the doubt saying it was a headshot, but if you want to change the story to body-shots we could do that.

GRU literally does not have a head, the whole hitbox is a body. So with standard rounds at 40 damage, that would mean three shots. With standard rounds and magnum rounds being impossible to control at that range.

I appreciate you doing what I asked and actually offering me questions, my response at this point is I'm not cheating.

I'm done replying, we are going nowhere with this.

The blood stain definitely comes from the left-center, meaning you are in front of him, a bit to the left.

Blood stains are reliable? The blood stain is on his chest yet we are saying it was a headshot

  14. Just now, Gythem said:

Of course you could've been to the left of Regret but that would prove even further that you have some sort of aimbot/recoil to transfer to Fox, and it's clear you are at some distance from Regret just based off the sound made from your AEK.

However I do believe the ban should NOT go through until we gather more evidence. But I'll tell you now you've been suspected to be cheating for a while.

Like I said with the amount of damage GRU models take in so little time, flicking over to a GRU and capping it wouldn't be very hard.

  15. 1 minute ago, Homast said:

If you're not the one headglitching, Then you're Shooting Almost out of render with an AEK, Which in itself, would make it shooting foxx out of render should he be behind Regret.

Why couldn't I have been right next to regret on the left?
