Look at previous accepted staff members apps, look for the common trend among those. Some of the time you’ll get the “didn’t read the rules” comment and it’s not just to ridicule you. Look closely and follow the structure. That’s all I have to say because it’s on you to do the rest.

Those among other things are why I see you being a great fit for the team. Yeah you may have had a rough start but what’s more important is that you’ve grown from them. Can someone tell me why y’all complain about people’s hours when clearly they have met the requirements of it? Good lord give the man a break. Yeah so what they’ve only barely broke past 72 hours but that is what the rules state he needed so he did. +1 because I feel that if you really wanted this you knew damn well you were ready for it. I’m not opposed to it. It’s potentially another way for the mayor to make some extra money by setting a price for the gun licenses which I think could be super cool. But I don’t know how they could implement it. Neutral for now.

Word of advice before this gets locked and moved to denied, take look at past staff members approved apps for guidance on how to make an awesome application. That doesn’t mean copy what they put but rather use it as a base for your very own. You’ll see a common trend amongst those.-1
