I'm gonna go with what Israel said, this is an unacceptable behavior for someone who want to become staff.....
Work on yourself and be patient.

The fact that you just went and complained when you were in the wrong shows what type of person you are. Work on being patient. You arent that bad of a guy wiz, but this is unacceptable in my opinion for a person who is wanting to apply for staff.
