As stated by Ethan, you do in fact have a previous ban from the server for homophobia. While this ban was almost 7 months ago, this is still a topic that is dealt with seriously, regardless of if the person is joking around or not.

You say that you’re not toxic, or don’t give into all that behavior while in the server, but landing yourself a homophobia ban means you’ve already been on the radar for some form of toxic/minge behavior. If you are actually behaved now, and want to join the staff team to help, perhaps speaking to this ban and any experience correcting your reputation (especially since hour wise it hasn’t been that long since you probably got your ban) would be beneficial in stating your case.

[Laroslav GM Application]

Laroslav was already accepted into the staff team before, and only lost his rank to his VIP being renewed. Considering he was never formally taken off the staff team, and especially not for anything that would result in a demotion, I think this is fairly easy to see him coming back.

He’s a mature player, holds himself well and shows good leadership while on, and he’s been around for a while in our server to see enough events run. The written events are good ideas, hope to see how you play them out!

If there is a glitch in the way that the store is showing up for you, could you send an image of what you are seeing?

This is what it should properly look like when you open it up while in game:

 

If you see in the top right corner, you will be prompted to "Sign-in", which you will need to do before making any purchases. Next, in the top left, you can see there is a drop down menu, which gives the options to open the "Store" or "Buy Credits".

Again, if this is not what you are seeing, could you send a ss so we can perhaps help you out!

You would only need to call your bank if you were not able to successfully cancel them via PayPal support.

 

Guest checkout:

1. Call PayPal customer support or dial (402) 935-7733
2. Notify them of being a Guest user in need of recurring payments' cancellation
3. Provide PayPal with Credit Card number & other necessary information

As for Garnet cancelling payments, I’m sure he has done it before in odd or unusual circumstances. However, it does state multiple times that it is a reoccurring payment, and that it is your responsibility to manage that. I’m sure Garnet can help if you’ve unsuccessfully exhausted all options he’s provided to handle it yourself, which is different from the point he was trying to make!
