All im gonna say is that from what i have seen naas is a great person and a mature guy everytime im on i see naas on playing as well and keeping 11B occupied and making sure they will not just stand there doing nothing, beside that i believe he will be a great staff member there for i gave him my referral. hope you get accepted.

[minimum 2 paragraphs] What i plan to do as staff is to help as much as i can with minges/trolls and in general try to make a better community for the server , i see a lot of toxicity this past few weeks i would do my best to make sure that the toxicity around the server at all times will be as little as i can make it to be. i am on from the early hours of the day until late night hours and on that times when there is low players on there is a lot or RDM and people who are being toxic/racist and there is nothing i can do to deal with it beside talking to them. i will also make sure that new players will have a fun time when they are playing the server as of right now there is too much toxicity and because of it the result is that not many new players stick around.as staff i will make sure that the toxicity will not be tolarated and i will do my best to make sure it will stay at the minimum, all i have been playing this server for 8 months now and i enjoy it as staff i just want to make sure other people are enjoying it as much as i do. i know that in my past i was a little bit toxic and not as much active as i am now, but as of this past few weeks i have been trying my best to improve myself and be more involved with army and make sure that even if there is no army officers/GB officers i am here to help as much as i can. all i want is a chance to prove that i can be a good staff member i know that i have zero experience but i believe that i am capable to be a good and committed staff member. [minimum 2 paragraphs] i would like to be a staff member because im on every day but friday and from early hours of the day until late noon hours, and most of the time on the early hours a lot of people RDM or mass and i can do nothing about it. i will also assure that everyone will obey the rules and i will do my best to help anyone in need, also me being staff i believe will have a positive effect, i know that in the past i was called a minge and not mature but a lot have change since then i have grown to be a responsible and mature,who will take care of the people in this community. Me being staff would benefit the server because of a few reasons : the first one is the fact that i am very active especially on this time of the year im home all day so i can be on every day for 5+ hours, also i pay attention for what people are doing while the server is not in a very high pop, they think that they can RDM or mass without getting any punishment, so if i will be staff i will make sure that the people who need to get any sort of punishment or help will get my full attention. [minimum 2 paragraphs] If i get accepted to the staff team I will be active and i will be on everyday taking sits and helping new players so they will want to stay. Another way i can benefit the server is i can be on when most staff cant or when most are busy for a minute. I am also not bias and i wont be for sits and i will not just favor one side because i am in army i will look at both sides and only warn or do something when i get proof. I know English isn't my first language but i can speak it very well and people can under stand me and i can under stand them so i wouldn't worry about my language. Next i would like to say i would love to be apart of the staff team because i notice that the staff currently needs help as i see the same staff on everyday and they work their ass off for the server so I'm hoping if i get accepted i will be able to help relieve them a little. For my second paragraph i would like to say I will not abuse as i am not that type of person and i will never that way.
