Huuge +1 . Cody is one of the nicest people you will come across in Garry's Mod. I believe Cody has good intention with being staff, and will be a great mod ! Maybe you could beef up the paragraphs a bit, and get some recording software (which I can help you with if you need any). Other than that, good luck man !

This is an easy +1. Juul has a very good playtime. Also, he has staffing experience. I believe he's well known by a hefty amount of players. Juul has good paragraphs, and he has referrals. Good luck, I really hope to see you on the staff team soon man !

For now, it's gonna be a -1 from me. Your paragraphs are a bit weak. Your hours are only a bit over the minimum requirement. Get them to 100 and I'll +1. I feel as if you are not connected to some of the community considering you do not have any referrals. Get to know some staff on the server. Until you get your hours higher, and your paragraphs beefed up, my -1 will Edit - You have improved your hours quite a bit, and you have improved your paragraphs. I'm seeing you in-game a lot more than i use to. I do not see any reason to -1. Goodluck !
