I want to start this and say this isn't an anger based rant, or anything like that. This is pretty much a word spew of my deep love of what we had from 8/25 untill ------ and this place would make the most sense. I didn't have high expectations for Police Roleplay, and assumed it would be boring and dull. I thought I would give Zoro a hand, mostly because I have a year's worth of collage education specifically for Criminal Justice Policing. I'll actually have my first certificate before the degree in a few months. That's not the point, but there is some context. I hoped on thinking I would grind and wait for a tryout. When I got set up in my gas station Gman teleported to me and talked with me for a bit, and then I was an LT in the RCPD. I talked with @Zoro about BLT in my state which I'd basic law enforcement training and the processes involved. How the hours for the certification is divided. The first tryout was a blast, and went great. The first generation of cadets were here, and they were something else. This was nice. I was the only one with a vehicle, and I ended up dropping them off around the map for foot patrol. Then I saw it @Mute was speeding, so I attempted to pull him over. My first chase. It was wonderful, I drifted and drove, and performed manuvers. It was amazing. He got away from me but that was ok, sometime you fail. That started something in me, and it became my favorite thing, driving. Later that day we had our first swat raid which was a mess! We couldn't use battering Rams remember Zoro? Warrants were broken and we had to politely ask to be let in to arrest him lol. I enjoyed when it became fixed and could raid big bases with probably cause, because we had information on the criminals. We lost but it was a blast! It was the @Tayler gang and they destroyed us. We couldn't handle their better gear at all. Leading into adding in the PD gun unit. I developed a big interest in State Trooper because of my love of driving in the game, and asked Zoro if I could develop it. He gave me permission and I made it into my baby. I loved my Troopers, I had to good fail percentages, few people passed! Only one person ever failed the driving and ended up a Junior Trooper, which was a Trooper who couldn't drive@Zaroni Pepperoni. He earned his cruiser eventually don't worry. I made it so if you wanted marksmen, you had to prove you could be a Trooper, and end a Chase with Spikes. @Shuga was the first person to ever do it. Marksmen wasn't about the gun, it was about the Dodge, the fastest car in the Police. The first tryout ever got blocked on the way to the driving bit, because of @Evity blocking it with a fort that said black lives matter. There was a time where I had to quarantine an area because of the violence, I think it was Cosmos ST, and it was a failure. Remember @Lucher? I loved PRP and I always will. To the point where I was the last player on that server before it was officially put on back burner. I don't want anyone to think I'm mad, I just wish I could have played it more. Ours was special, I went to other servers and they were no where close to ours, with our garbage trucker killers, and piano player fights. 4 officers fighting a serial killer in the hospital.
