The server rules only state that we may kill arrested players if they are outside their cell. In any case, I was online for an hour or so after that had happened (hence why I didn’t remember), he had PLENTY of time to report me in that allotted time to discuss this in-game. I should have asked more questions before I submitted a ban on him, and I sincerely apologize. Although I was told that it's an old rule.
