need help getting unbanned

so i was banned for advertising but i wasnt even doing that

i dont have the staffs name

i dont remember the time i wasnt playing when i got banned i was afk

ban reason advertising

ban time 5253641 minutes

i dont have proof i dont know how to post a screenshot  

i would like to know why i was banned for advetising when i wasnt advertising anything
