I’ll be honest, I thought that was some type of media that you were playing, not a voice changer. So, I’m sorry about that. I wasn’t really thinking straight last night and I made a mistake. Sorry again.

Also the reason why I didn’t see your chat, is because I was too preoccupied dealing with all of those people text screen minging, and overall being disrespectful.

I take full blame and should’ve made sure before muting you

While you aren't playing videos or music, you are still using outside tools to affect the output of your mic not unlike a soundboard and by the video you provided it sounded pretty loud and obnoxious. Israel was in the right and no action will be taken against him.
