(include any proof): i was messing around on a alt after giving printers to compa i told rosie to move and she did but as a funny i shoot at her and Att to kill (att RDM) her after that she killed me then i came back not knowing if NLR applied to that and killed her (RDM) the Nlr im not sure abt i heard it was only abt RP situations mugging enforcing a KOS sign and raiding (raider or raidee
Why should your ban be removed?: really this for a specification on the rules for NLR and were they apply or dont apply

Hi candy <3, im sorry for what happened. Im not 100% sure if NLR applies only for an RP situation but the RDM and ATRM did happen, the name of the alt that got banned is TTT Hoopty.
