What happened? (include any proof): This guy was mpb constantly. He got reconnected a handful of times, but kept rejoining and prop minging and blocking off tunnels and downtown.

I'm pretty sure he wasn't banned, so I thought it might be worthwhile to report on forums. Could lead to one less minge on the server. Proof is below:

Hey choppa, is it possible you can get us a timestamp of the screenshots that you have? It is needed because for all we know those could be hours apart.

While I cannot guarantee that this player will face a ban without steam ids, but looking through the bans list I can see a few people getting banned for propspam and pbs (might be him might not). I will try to reach out to the staff member that was reconnecting him and try to figure this out.

P.s in the future you can /id (name) in game to get their steam id, getting their steam id helps us a lot with dealing with reports.
