I've been well know thru out the US side and with majority of the higher-ups, as well as with the lower enlisted. Even as a MSG i was still recruiting new recruits to help out with the RU unbalanced that came with the latest update and having people join RU from the get go. I have been nothing to this server but helpful. I listen to the higher ups i follow every rule and i what is expected of me. I can cancel the chargebacks but if i do get unbanned ill still be waning my refund from the UAZ PROTOTYPE, and the other whitelist classes that i'm missing. Link to comment

nickpondlake 11 Posted September 19, 2018 Topic Author Share Posted September 19, 2018 First I did put in donation supports bout 2 months ago.... also I did wait for garnet but like I stated before after Garnet disrespecting me and treating me as trash just about and my patience running low I snapped, and gave up on having any faith in Garnet from doing anything. From multiple sources ive heard that 1. Garnet isn't getting on the servers within months (the military rp forums) to help fix anyone. 2. I've heard he's only worried about Dark RP as of right now because he is making more money at the moment from that server. So yes I did break the TOS and take things into my own hands because Garnet doesn't want anyone else helping him do the donation supports and doesn't seem to give any care about any one on military RP other than those he is friends with. So let me get this straight, just to clarify. You got sick of waiting for your donation support, so you chargeback your $200 worth of donations. This is because you felt "disrespected" by Garnet. You get banned, realize you fucked up, and make a ban appeal. In the ban appeal, you in turn disrespect Garnet and his servers in hopes of....getting him to unban you??? (I don't think that's how it works but okay). Anyhoo, whether you cancel the chargeback or not is irrelevant. You broke the rules and got banned. Ban appeals are not for apologies (even though you didn't really apologize), nor are they intended for you to attempt and justify your actions because you aren't mingey. I mean regardless of me being ignorant (which I wasn't I was just uninformed, there is a difference) Garnet doing anything from what i or others could see, and also if he is being slow about getting these issues fixed due to him working on his own that's still on him for deciding to not have others help him out. Regardless though i even talked to him one on one in teamspeak on 9/17/18 and was treated like shit for the most part. 4 Link to comment

I included the "im not mingey" part so for those who don't know me in game don't assume that i was mingey to people, also this isn't even the correct format or at least on my screen it shows wrong.
