What happened? (include any proof): I was near the door of the gun store (the one with the alley) and while I was by the door, the player Cheese Error shot me with a shotgun (I believe logs can be checked as it was today around 3 hours before making this post) and I decided to run away and go to the road where there was a hobo hosting a "giving gun machine" (where he was basically giving guns to people who want one with optional donation) and then after getting mine I recognized Cheese Error near the gun shop at the end of the tunnel and then that's when I decided to kill him. I only left a minute afterwards because I had to go but when I left, I was never pulled into a sit nor was I jailed but if that was the case, I would have stayed to explain the situation.
 

Why should your ban be removed?: It should be removed because Cheese Error shot me and if you are shot at then you are allowed to kill the shooter, but if I'm wrong please correct me. And plus if I knew I was going to be in a sit I would've been able to explain that he shot me and the logs can show it.

I remember looking through logs and seeing he shot you at one point but he had raided and died since shooting you then you shot him. However I can't find my clip of this sit so I have no proof of this happening, I'm sorry. Go ahead and unban.

Oh I see if that was the case I'm sorry for the confusion and although this is a report and appeal topic, would it be okay for me to ask the question of, if he was still alive and since i ran to get a gun and come back, it's still okay for me to still kill right or no because I just want to clear this up just incase any scenarios like this happen so it's noted for future reference
