Ban Reason:  Warns , ban evasion.
How long were you banned for?:  Lifetime?
Proof of Ban: All of my accounts.
What happened? (include any proof): I got warned for tomfoolery which lead to ban in which a permeant ban for ban evasion, in-which I kept offending until now I suppose.
Why should your ban be removed?:  Well to start, I believe I've matured from when I was younger. I'm 14 now, not some 12 year old toxic squeaker. I'm sorry for anybody that experienced me in the past. I know this seems a shot in the dark sense I'm commiting ban-evasion currently, but I wanna see what happens.

As you have even mentioned here you've ban evaded way too many times even for me to consider it at this point. Your bans will not be lifted from the forums. 
Also instead of ban evading to appeal your previous ban evades I'd recommend to get someone else to post it for you because it doesn't look good at all.
