What happened? (include any proof): I was about to raid a base an I ran into this dudes quick door, he quickly released the button and i was trapped inside the quickdoor then 2 people started shooting me and i killed them with self defense, then i realized that i was able to reach the button, I opened the door and ran in, then proceeded to advert raid and kill all of them.
Why should your warn be removed?: My warn should be removed because when i was in the sit when the dude reported me my claim was that he shot me first so i killed him and the guy that reported me claimed i RDMed him, Bill Cosby, the admin that took the sit didnt bother to look at damage logs to see if he even shot me first, he went to the kill logs and it showed that i killed him before i adverted and as stated in the staff rules Every player is innocent until proven guilty, and in this situation there is no evidence showing that he didnt shoot me first.

Hey Goofy, I Hope all is well. As we spoke yesterday during the sit I informed you that there were no damage logs for this incident, I do have kill and advert logs to which the times don't match up. On a side note LT. Dan was near the area along with me and we watched you enter through the quick door of a base and began killing people on the inside then afterward adverting raid. And before you say I didn't check the damage logs, I did. And since you were inside of his base he had reason to KOS, But you had begun shooting and killing a couple of them then adverted raid.

After talking with the higher up management staff and going over the appeal, it has been determined that there is not enough evidence to suggest that he did damage first.
