Taliban Meeting 4/15 Notes

(I'll Continue to do this every week to keep people updated on the forums because why not)

Officer Promotions :

Malek : LTCOL > COL
Snakeman : 1LT > CPT
Sheisty : 2LT > 1LT
Bobe Kryant : BMI > BMII
98 : BMI > BMII

Taliban currently has 13 officers altogether, with 3 on LOA currently. 4 CDT Corps are currently being trained in the officer process. Enlisted are doing okay, main objective is to keep enlisted active and to keep a steady cycle of officers. There will be no more LMG or Marksman tryouts, these whitelists will now be distributed to new recruits after training. (Note, please contact staff to distribute WL's to these classes if needed using the @ function). Insurgent is now requiring CPL, and Sharpshooter will remain at a requirement of SSGT. With the coming change of Marksman and LMG, to supplement the nullification of these activities officers are high encouraged to do additional training during peacetime to fully vitalize the two new classes that recruits get. Some examples include riot shield training, positioning and head-glitching with marksman, bipod training etc.

055th (Represented by Captain Awesome) :

Recently has hit a good state, recovered from a recent dead-point. Has had their own set of problems, but continue to persevere. They are currently trying to raise activity to get people interested in the faction. 

TSFU* (Represented by Colonel Lame)* :

As a whole, TSFU is doing very well. Officer roster is very good, enlisted roster is slightly lacking due to TSFU aiding in 055th's recruitment of soldiers. Trainings and Tryouts will be hosted everyday.

ISI (Represented by Supervisor Caelus) : 

ISI is in a healthy state, as of recent times we have not been as active compared to before, but we are now fully dedicated to continuing our progression with the faction. We will continue to assist Afghanistan with any issues, and training and tryouts will be continually done in the coming weeks. Activity has been solid, and we will continue to keep this state up.
