What happened? (include any proof): Th is kid my the name falloutboy I think that's his in game name, Killed me 3 times in a row In A ROW, I let it slide He kept claiming "oh he didn't mean too, or he " Misclicked " , SO I honestly got tired of losing my perks and guns so I handled business, I only killed him once... And I guess when I logged off he talked to an admin and got me banned.. even though he started it, And I also warned him Multiple times to leave me alone and he refused.. How is that fair?
Why should your ban be removed?: I wasn't there to plead my case. and he obviously lied to get his way.. Most likely did not inform the admin that he was the one who RDM'd me multiple times before getting retaliation..  I apologize for my wrong doings but it isn't fair that I got a ban because of a 12 year old.

I only saw in the logs where you had both killed each other one time. You killed him last and logged after. I don't have the screenshot of the logs from the sit, but you sort of self reported that you rdm'd him before you left.

It is still rdm even if you are killing someone who rdm'd you first. You should report it to the staff in the future as opposed to "letting it slide".
I do believe that it is probably a petty situation all things considered and I +1 the man's ban appeal. It should be up in like 1 hour if your date and time are correct tho. was only 2 days.
