The person recording the video was blocking the entrance to the PD while I was trying to get to the CJ model blocking the doorway. While I was getting CJ the recorder took out a gun and I arrested him afterwards. It also said no raid tools out and he's using a tracker which should qualify as a raid tool because it's being used to track someone to kill.

This is wild. You started by saying he had a gun out so you arrested him but when he got the clip and it showed you wanting him before he had his gun out you switched it up and said "he was blocking me from getting to the CJ" but in this clip you litteraly can see him moving out the way and you can obviously move past him. (The tacker tool is a swep not a raid tool)
