I was running chasing my slug brother while talking and my phone had tiktok open and a video that repeated the racial derogatory slur known as the "N-word" was repetitively transmitted over my voice communications device known as a HyperX Quadcast. Upon the slur's being uttered by said video, an administrator froze me and took me to a sit where I had no time to plead my case. I then attempted to join on an alternative account, this is where I got banned for an entire revolution around the sun. I will make sure to turn my open microphone off to prevent such a reoccurrence of misfortune causing distress upon people of color and/or not of color as it is a offensive slur. Thank you for considering my application and I hope this clears up this misconception.

From the looks of it you were a part of a group of people being racist; you are responsible for what comes out of your mic. If they were being racist you should have known right away to stop. The fact wo people were ban evading at the same time tells me you were aware of the situation and did not care; they wouldn't have known you were connecting on another account unless you gave them a reason to look. As having to much experience with this and knowing what you say has a slim chance of being truthful. I'm sure the associated staff member will be here with evidence.

I don't believe I was a part of a group, I was just running around following my friend to a base location over towards the slums and then the incident occurred. If there was someone else saying slurs I had nothing to do with them as the one friend I was with didn't have a functioning microphone. I am incredibly sorry for causing a disturbance of the peace with my actions.

I have also come to the conclusion that what you did was blatant and not a video.

You also admitted to ban evading so consider yourself lucky that your ban is not getting extended for either of the two things listed above
