The video doesn't have clear evidence to show you never got the printers. Yes it makes sense he should've dropped them to you right then an there but just cause he changed to Citizen doesn't prove you didn't get them. Id suggest when gathering evidence for something like this in the future, to when he disconnects press tab and show us the player list. Unfortunately there isn't enough here for me to punish him although I believe you If you have any other evidence feel free to make another report or dm me on the forums with it.
