Who was involved?: me @draggydx @Flametrower9k When did this occur?: all throughout today Describe the situation: so basically the original issue came about when @Flametrower9k did an RFR inspection where panda drastically failed he was then removed from RFR and Rank Locked to which he responded by Massing and Minging at the end of a war to whitch he was banned but his ban was broken allowing him to reconnect so he continued on but played normally, he then went and tried out for RFR again and qualified to be relisted as it, but to be safe i went ahead and did my own RFR inspection as well with flames consent on the matter and came up with this proof down below Proof (Screenshots/Recordings): Link to comment

Mun | Nicky Lee 12 Posted November 23, 2018 Share Posted November 23, 2018 I seen him minging around and shooting his weapon when I was showing the RFR Trainees of training a recruit so, it's a +1 to me. When he's a Private, I've seen him shooting up some recruits or some soldiers nearby and tried to make a report but, I forgot to grab his SteamID. I also have proof of that too. 1 Link to comment
