What happened? (include any proof): When me and my knight are doing business, the player named big potato has propblocking the entrance and also everywhere that he leaves.

Exacatly what he said, you do not have enough proof. Next time you are taking screenshots make sure to take a screenshot of the props (while looking at the prop it will say the prop owners name on the left of your screen) do not take the picture of the person that shows us nothing all that really shows is that the person was there during it. So for screenshots for propbock we need the props that are propblocking with the props owner name.

Also we cannot take witness statements, but if you would like i can recommend you in private a good recording software that is free, this way you can catch rule breakers and have solid proof
