First off, i don't really know you so I cant guess if you'd be a good staff or not. Second,NITRP and Exceeding warns is a bit iffy. Third,The original App was sloppy, but after some suggestions you changed it.

It was sloppy because I was writing it near midnight, the warns were before i got into the server (around 5/10h of playtime)
