Most of these that i had previous interactions with had been complaining about there only being 2 base branches. So they created the Soy Boys as they call it, there doesnt really seem to be a ranking system, it seems as though they kept their respective marine and army MOS. I am attaching a screenshot of and a link to the discord that they created for this.
