What Happened: I was issuing false ban requests after I was demoted.

 Why should your ban be removed: I was once a VIP Mod and I know that impersonating staff is a warn not a perma.

+1 Doesn't list "impersonating staff" under the perm section of the D3A Commands. @Jarold should take a better look at the commands.

@BigDiddy @MsFlees Big difference between impersonating staff and putting in false ban requests. It's pretty much exploiting. In the past, these were taken case by case. So we'll see

@BigDiddy Yeah exploiting the fact that essentially anyone can put a ban request in staff chat. You exploited it by trying to ban a staff member you supposedly don't like.

Staff should be smart enough to not put that in.

Staff should be smarter than the average player, if your administration model relies on players being smart that's a pretty bad system. We all know the average DarkRP player.

@MsFlees Many people have been permabanned for this exact same reason. Impersonating staff is changing your name to a staff members name, putting in a ban request is a whole different thing.

+1 Almost anyone can put in a ban request, this means nothing unless a ban is issued or if it is spamming/clogging staff chat. I don't think you should be perma banned or even banned for putting in a false ban request especially since no harm has been done. Should've just given them a warning or a slap on the wrist because a perma ban is way undeserved.

Wouldn't disagree to reducing the ban. But intentionally putting in a ban request on a staff member you don't like, as an ex staff member yourself, is more then a slap on the wrist.

I'd gladly accept a warn because I understand my actions were bad.
