Clearer NLR Rules

The point of the NLR rules are to prevent players who have been killed from going and interfering with the player who killed them, in order not to break rp. While there is no specific "area" for NLR, the rule makes clear that players should not return to the scene of their death. To clarify, as long as a player is a considerable distance away from the player that killed them and not interfering with them or the raid, they have not broken the new life rule.
