+1 Ever since I met Scampeer about a year ago, he has been nothing but helpful and respectful. I believe he has great potential as a staff member again. He is caring, friendly, and consistently treats others with respect. Based on my experiences with him, I believe he would be an amazing addition to the staff team.

They're nice, always respectful, and whenever something does happen on the server, they always report it. I think having them as a staff member would be beneficial since they clearly know the rules. One of those skills is the ability to de-escalate people by just listening to them. I have successfully talked down suicidal patients, homeless people who don't want to leave the hospital, visitors that have drugs on them, and combative patients. I also served in the military as a 19D Cavalry Scout from 2018-2021 in which I deployed to South Korea. During my time in the Army I was a team leader in charge of 5 other soldiers below me, I learned how to work as a team and more importantly how to lead a team. How to deal with interpersonal issues, how to discipline bad behavior, and when to praise it.    I understand that my previous inactivity as a staff member might be a concern but I have stability right now, as of now I am working a new schedule that is 9pm - 7am with Sunday, Monday, Tuesday off.  That will give me ample time to moderate the server, spend time with my family, and show new players the ropes. I have been playing Garnet Gaming since August of 2024 and I have been drawn to it ever since. It reminds me of a server I used to love playing when I was a teenager.
