Granted, I was gone for the better part of the year so will need some catching up but it wont slow me down in the slightest. I have grown a very good reputation within the community and always was and will continue to do what is best for the player base. During my time as staff I helped develop the staff team and its structure to include leading and managing the Operator Division as well as spearheading its restructure. I wrote the test, both the paper and practical and trained the people below me to be proficient in its duties. I also helped frame the other divisions put in place and trained the leaders of the new positions we made.   Since my last time on the server I have matured, not to say I wasn't before hand but I had a lot of irl stuff happen to me that made me grow as a person. I have no doubt that I will satisfy any expectations that are put on me. I have always wanted to be staff to help out the new people as I was helped originally. I believe the best way to make the server have a healthy player base is to always look out for the new guy and to do what you cant to keep the new players coming back. There was a very bad culture around the toxic oldheads playing just because they had nothing better to do and they would torment the new players and make them leave. After giving it some thought, I have decided to resign as Staff. I might pop on here and there but I have been largely distracted due to job promotions at work and ongoing school in addition to multiple other real life obligations.
