+1  I think this would bring alot more seriousness to mugging, there are almost no consequences to dying in a mug.

When mugging players if you refuse a mug and you die during the altercation between both parties the mug should be earned by the original initiator of the mug.   Lower level players are known to accept mugs to avoid issues with other players or just to prevent themselves from dying. However elder players know that a mug for 100k is way more expensive than a death to reperk for 20k, so naturally they will always refuse and the RP ends. Anyone that loves mugging should earn the chance to steal the money from players completely.  Summarized version: If the person being mugged refuses to pay the initiating party that starts the mug, the person who started the mug should earn the right to kill the other party and steal the money they were mugging for. Example: I mug someone for 10k, they refuse, I kill them, I earn 10k.

-1 This will result in exactly what brian sandwhich had to say And for the most part just not be used on how you proposed it, now maybe if the food could give you a cosmetic affect like how it does now but different ones based on what food you eat, or for it to still have the same affect you suggested just don't allow people to inventory the food.
