In-game name: DeAndre 'Thugnificent' James Jr. The III Mohammed Jamsheed Ben Roberts-Smith James “Hunter” Ramirez Age: 21 SteamID: STEAM_0:0:173730322 Previous GarnetGaming Punishments: None Timezone: EST (New York) Playtime: 216 hours in current MRP, been a player since 2020. Do you have access to Discord and a microphone?: Yes Do you have the ability to record Garry's Mod videos?: Yes Have you ever been staff on a server using Nutscript?: No Have you ever been staff on a server that utilizes PK's (Player Kills): No Referral(s): Tesla Past experiences as a GM: I used to run some events on IceFuse Starwars RP, mainly week-long campaigns with my company, between 501st, 104th & the Jedi Order. Have you made any previous applications, If so when?: Admin application earlier this week. What inspired you to apply for this position? Over my time here, I’ve had only one GM-ran large scale event from Deadriser that went well, everyone had fun. I want to be apart of the GM team to maybe inspire some other GMs to host similar events, or try to replicate some of my ideas to help with server population. Recently, we’ve had a drought of players and the main complaint is not enough things going on during downtime & people only connecting for wars and tryouts. Hopefully I can inspire a change, or make one myself. List and explain 3 unique event ideas that a few squads (10-20 people total) would participate in: 1. “The Faction Olympics” Each faction forms a small team and competes in several challenges, such as an obstacle course, marksmanship, medical treatment, vehicle handling, and helicopter landing. Points would be awarded for each challenge, with prizes given to the winning faction and top individual performers. 2. “Capture the VIP” One player is selected as a high-value VIP and must be transported across the map. One faction protects the VIP, another attempts to capture them, and GRISE provides transportation or acts as a third-party recovery team. The VIP can be moved by convoy or aircraft, creating a simple event with combat, teamwork, and roleplay. 3. “The Bounty” Several players are secretly assigned as wanted targets. The other factions receive descriptions and must locate, capture, or protect them. Rewards are given for successful captures, escapes, and strong roleplay. List and explain 3 unique global event ideas designed for the entire server to participate in: 1. “Black Box Recovery” A GRISE aircraft carrying sensitive cargo suffers a mechanical failure and crashes in the bustling city. The Marines are going to be tasked with securing the site & recovering the aircraft’s flight recorder. The Taliban receive information from a concerned Citizen that the US Marines are in their city, invading them. The Taliban are going to be tasked with either securing or destroying the aircraft recorder before it is recovered. GRISE personnel MUST rescue any surviving occupants from the crash and make a vital decision: Cooperate with the Marines Negotiate with the Taliban Attempt to do it themselves All roads will lead to different outcomes. 2. “The Broken Contract” GRISE accepts a major contract to transport valuable military equipment through the region. However, shortly after the convoy begins moving, evidence surfaces that the shipment may contain stolen weapons, classified technology, or supplies intended for an unidentified fourth party. The Marines would receive orders to inspect or seize the shipment. The Taliban would attempt to capture the equipment for themselves. GRISE would have to protect the convoy while deciding whether to complete the original contract, negotiate with one of the factions, or betray the unknown client. The event could include a large convoy, aircraft escorts, roadside checkpoints, negotiations, ambushes, vehicle repairs, and a final extraction. Secret instructions could also be given to selected officers within each faction, creating uncertainty over who can be trusted. The conclusion would be based on where the shipment ends up rather than simply which faction gets the most kills. 3. “The Peace Summit” Following weeks of continued fighting, GRISE offers to host a neutral peace summit between the United States Marines and Taliban leadership. Representatives from each faction would meet to negotiate a temporary ceasefire, prisoner exchanges, access to trades, and the return of captured equipment. The event would involve more than just faction leaders. Marines and Taliban personnel would provide security, inspect arriving vehicles, escort delegates, gather intelligence, and investigate possible threats against the summit. GRISE would organize transportation, control access to the meeting area, provide security, and act as a neutral mediator. Throughout the event, Game Masters could introduce complications such as missing delegates, forged documents, accusations of espionage, an unauthorized weapon being discovered, or evidence that someone is attempting to sabotage the negotiations. Players would need to investigate the situation and determine whether the summit continues, collapses into violence, or results in a temporary agreement. The event’s outcome could affect future events. A successful summit may create temporary restrictions, prisoner exchanges, or neutral trading periods, while a failed summit could increase tensions between the factions. List and explain 2 instances where a PK might occur: 1. Taliban: A Taliban member repeatedly disobeys High Command, openly disrespects leadership, reveals faction information, or otherwise betrays the faction. With valid proof, Taliban High Command may issue a death order, resulting in the member being hunted and permanently killed. 2. US Marine: A United States soldier commits a major crime such as treason, espionage, or the intentional murder of another service member. The soldier may be arrested and tried through the court system. If found guilty of an offense carrying a life sentence, the character may be permanently removed through a PK.

+1 Knew Papamid briefly back in the day when he was DF Col, Coming back seeing him again, he has a very calm attitude, he engages with others well and a good sense of humour. Overall I believe he is more than capable of maintaining our server community standards and assist however he can. Also he does a very good impression of a pigeon. - Rapidus
