Description: [description of what you are suggesting, one paragraph minimum With the growing updates and additions to the server and things needing to be broadcasted to the player on their screen, i cant help but notice the fact of them all being on the left side, because of this at the height of all the alerts the entirety of the left side is nearly used and causes things like, chat and clan territory control to over lap onto each other and territory control timer to be overlapped by laws of downtown. with one of them having a semi solution the daily missions having a minimize tab but still leaves a black bar, i think the best way to fix this is to let the player control where these tabs go like the chat box allowing them to just simply move them to their hearts content. In the specifics of what i wish to be movable they are: Territory control timer, Territory control scoreboard, Laws of downtown and the daily missions tab. Reasoning: [how would this benefit our server?] i believe this would benefit the server by removing the clutter that at peak times these tabs can cause, but also it would just allow for players to make the menus / screen they look at just nicer.  Additional Information: [Photos/Videos][/CODE] Chat and Territory control overlap and Laws of Downtown and Territory timer overlap (sorry for the blurry image its taken from a clip of a sit)

+1 ive had this happen way to many times and its not just exclusive to hitman or fisherman its happens on classes like clowns, djs, spiderman a automatic check for afks on limited classes would be great
