He did it to minge me and i went to clip it and he dipped so couldn't report. However, it has been so long since I was I honestly cannot remember what positions I held or what servers they were on. How do you plan on benefiting our server? [minimum 2 paragraphs] As a "veteran" of this game mode and community in general (I have been in and out of the community for almost a decade), I'd be able to apply my previous experience to better uphold the rules & values of the server while still providing a fun atmosphere for players to be in. Additionally, my real-world experience in automotive sales and marketing industry provides me with a strong foundation for developing strategies to grow the server's user base. Combining both of these factors, I believe that would make me a suitable part of the staff team. On top of those reasons, I have a strong capability to problem-solve & mediate when times of conflict arise. I have not only built these skills from my previous experience staffing on various Garry's Mod servers, but also with my career in real life as well. I am not one to shy away from problems when they arise, I prefer to tackle them head on and to find ways to solve issues before they become "out-of-hand". Being able to overcome & mediate issues/conflict are both skills I possess and I believe would greatly benefit the staff team. Have you made any previous applications, If so when?: I was on the staff team for a short while back in 2016, so that would have been the last time I put in an application for the server. What inspired you to apply for this position?: Like stated previously, this community has been apart of my life for almost a decade. I've met a lot of people here who helped me become the person I am today, and this server has gotten me through a lot when I was growing up (I moved across the country at the age of 14 when I first joined, I didn't have many friends so this server became the main way I connected with people). Because of that, I want to show my appreciation by helping the server come back and hopefully help it grow back to the population it had in it's prime. To be completely transparent, I won't be able to contribute the same amount of hours I used to. I have a full time career that can make me work up to 11+ hours a day as well as family, friends, and my girlfriend who will always be my first priority in life. However, I promise to be active as much as I can in the community and to assist in any way possible. I estimate I can contribute approximately 5-10 hours a week to the server in the future, if this eliminates me from being a good candidate I understand.
