Just here to confirm my referral I believe this dude to be a very solid individual. I have had nothing but great interactions with them and every report I have taken from them has been legit and he seems to know his stuff as well. I think that he would be a great addition to the staff team. He has prior experience and that is always helpful if someone does. I feel like if he is accepted he would help new players and overall help make this server fun and enjoyable for not only new players but our regular players as well. Very solid paragraphs and he has no prior punishments or any active warns. With all this, I don't see any reason why he shouldn't be accepted. Ok so took me a bit to get around to you. But I think he would be an excellent fit for the staff team. Every interaction I have had with him he has been a chill and calm individual. His app is excellent, has great paragraphs, and has prior experience. Prior experience is always a plus in my book. Confirming my referral here. I just want to say ever since I met schyzo I have had nothing but great interactions with him. He seems like a very chill individual and every time I see him on the server I enjoy every time I see him. He is fun to hang out with and overall a level headed individual. He has from what I seen tried to help new players and help them to understand the game and if they have any issues tries to help them resolve them. Yes he does have past ban history but it has been a long time in the past and he seems to have grown and stopped that past behavior. I just think with while it is discord moderation does have some experience he can bring to the table. Overall I feel he would be an excellent fit for the staff team. Ok so after looking over some of the comments from down below mine I am going to add something on to here I will not change my vote for now but I am thinking on changing it due to a comment I saw quoted here and something else I saw of which I will not mention due to the privacy of the person. You can not under any circumstances have the mentality of "Treat them how you have been treated" If they treat you badly and then you turn around and do the same thing to them it can have a bad outlook on not only you but the staff team as well. Have you ever heard of that old saying if you fight fire with fire all you are going to get is a bigger fire then you are going to get burned? The same thing goes for toxicity and harassment. IF you respond to that with your own toxicity and harassment it just makes both you and the person who started it look bad. If you just ignore it and move on then only the person who started it looks bad. Again I am hesitant here but depending of future comments from here will determine whether or not I change my vote. You have to start interacting better with the community and show you can have a level head when things go south if you don't then you are just giving the other person what they want which is attention and that is all they are looking for. If you don't give them the attention they are looking for then eventually it will go away. If you have an issue with a player then report it to upper staff with evidence of the toxicity and harassment and they will handle it. Again after I post this here I will be looking closely at future comments and see if I change my vote.

Alright so I was waiting to give my response until he fixed the issues in his app that other commenters said earlier up. With that. I have not had any bad interactions with you and you seem to be really active in the game and your intentions are pure. I think that with your past experience and your ability to be on at earlier times would benefit this team greatly. While you have been banned before it was in the past so I think we can keep it there, move on, and learn from our mistakes and to not do them again. Give this guy a chance you have my +1

While they are good there aren't two which is what it asks for. - Didn't read the staff rules I am just going to be say that I have had no bad interactions with you. I haven't seen you on that much lately unless our times are just not alligned but you have decent playtime and no warns. Bans are in the past depending on how recent they are but it's 2 months old so isn't that bad. Now to the bad. First off you don't have 2 paragraphs which is what it asks for and you didn't read the staff rules. Fix that and I will change my answer for now I am just going to be NEUTRAL

So from your app I believe you to be a chill person your bans are from long ago so I don't think that should affect your app here today. As for your paragraphs while they are repetitive I think they are decently written. I haven't seen you any at all in game except for seeing you being afk but that could just be because of our time difference. With that being said you don't have any prior experience either but experience comes with being a staff member and asking questions which I will be here for you should you have them. You are also available at times when others can't be due to the times you are available. With all this above being said I don't see why we couldn't give you a shot. +1

Yeah that's what I was meaning it for. Was for those who would actually need it for RP reason like chef for his cafe, bartender for his bar, club owner for his bar etc. Keep in mind yeah while this can be abused we punish people for abusing other things so just add rules to it and if people abuse it then staff can handle it.

This would be something similar to the vehicle seats under the q menu -> vehicles -> chairs section. These are actual entities you can sit on. What I am thinking here is you could add this as a spawnable entity under the classes Chef, Bartender, Club Owner, and Maybe Cinema owner and would then despawn when you change off the class. I think this could add a bit more realism to when these classes setup their in building cafes, bars, etc. in which you can actually sit down at a table or something and actually feel like you are at a cafe or bar. So while we do not interact with one another every interaction I have had with you has been pretty decent. IDK what has happened in your past but it's in the past let it go no reason to dwell on it. With that being said your application is pretty decent. I don't like how you have 2 active warns for RDM and ARDM though. With that said I hope you have learned from your mistakes and don't make them again. I am willing to give you my +1 but please do not disappoint me.

Yes I do admit I did not bring you into a sit to inform you of what you did was wrong, however we take racism and homophobia very seriously on the server and even saying the word can and will most likely get you banned and depending on the severity of the use of the word can determine the length of your ban. Most times if we have evidence can and most likely will ban for it without a sit and I did have enough evidence to issue your ban. You were not brought into a sit due to that by the time the evidence was gathered you had already disconnected from the server. Ok so after I got the report and was informed what had happened by the reporter to which they explained that they were hit by the splash damage of the rocket. After further review of going through our logs and where they showed the location of where everyone died I came to the conclusion that at least 3 people died in the street and 1 on the roof of the building making it a total of 4 people dying outside of the building. I know that this is already pending an interview but I am going to -1 this. While he does have decent playtime. Who even is this? I have never seen you in game. Possibly AFK Hours? +1 This dude didn't even give me time to give him my referral. He is actually a really good friend of mine and totally not bias here but he is an excellent person and has been and will always continue to be an excellent staff member. I had actually planned on giving him my referral today but he posted his app before I could. Anyways everything he said above is completely true. His vast knowledge of being a staff member on countless server will be a great asset to this team. While he isn't very sociable (likes to be to himself) with others he does try his best to interact with others. I actually owned the server he talked about in his past staff experience and trusted him with the rank I gave him and he didn't disappoint me in any way. If you were to give him a chance and pass him on to the interview trust me in saying that you will not be disappointed. His past experience on darkRP alone should be enough to get him in.
