This is mostly, but may not be limited to, the following reasons: After reviewing the evidence provided by Astolfo, he told you multiple times that what you were doing was against the rules and would get you banned for MassRDM. I would like to point out two rules here. Firstly: "Hobos may not have KOS signs" - It should stand to reason that if a hobo can't have a KOS sign, then why should you be able to enforce others' KOS signs? Secondly: Under the mayor's job rules, it states "You may allow certain players permission to enter PD and spend time with you past the 2nd door, but they may not enforce your KOS rules." Due to those two rules and multiple warnings from Astolfo, you should have known what you were doing was wrong and should have stopped. You even stated in the clip Astolfo sent that "listen if I get banned then it's my fault" and with you saying that, it makes me believe that you knew full well what you were doing was wrong. On a second note you stated in your appeal that a DJ was also doing this and they didn't get banned. So I usually try to refrain from responding on staff apps because I don't like when people follow the leader so to speak which they tend to do with higher ranking individuals but I can't refrain myself from responding on this one. Firstly if you had of read the application rules you would see that there is a rule that states You may not re-use previous applications, copy other users' applications, or use artificial assistance to write your application. You have made an exact copy and paste of your previous denied application from when you applied too quickly and was denied. So based off of that where you didn't show any effort in making a brand new application and not following the rule of copying and pasting. I am going to have to say -1 and on top of that since the one application where you were denied you have only gained 8 hours of playtime and that was 1 month and a week ago so that begs the question of how active you can truly be. - Activity since last staff app - Copy and pasted your previous staff app - No referral - Grammar +/- Inactive warn. you did admit to it and it is inactive. +/- No interactions in game with you + Playtime is above requirements + Read the Rules + Paragraphs. While I do like the paragraphs again an exact copy and paste of last staff app. OVERALL -1

So, as many other staff members here know, it is very difficult to get my referral due to who I am and what I want to see in a staff member. Tadtad has been with the server ever since before I even joined, and he was even staff at that time as well. He has been in and out of the team due to IRL situations, and we all know that IRL comes first. I wouldn't have given Tadtad my referral if I didn't trust him to be on the team. He is a chill individual, and every time he comes back, he always wants to help by being on the staff team. I see no issue with why he shouldn't join. With his ban history, he only has 3 on record, and all three of them are from 2 years ago. And usually, a lot of people change their attitude and behavior over time, and Tadtad certainly has. Whenever he does join and come back to the team, he is very dedicated, and there are usually no issues with him, and he makes an excellent staff member. As I said before, I very, very rarely ever give my referral, but he said he was going to apply and asked me about it, and I said he could have it due to who he is and how he acts on the server; he is a very well-behaved individual. I am going to try and help here the best that I can for you. A lot of people just say yes and then later on when they realise what they missed edit their application and correct their mistake.
